I ordered a lovely necklace for my sister's 50th birthday a week too early and placed the order but then realised it would arrive too soon. I had a despatch email saying that it was leaving the warehouse but I emailed one of the team and asked for it to be delivered nearer to her birthday, not a problem they said, so I'm very happy with the service and value for money. Can't wait for my sister's reaction to the necklace. Thank you

Have used BoS a few times as both myself and my husband have steel bracelets- and we have always found the customer service to be great and the quality outstanding.
However I just want to leave a review on my most recent experience. Having lost my Mum in February this year I wanted something special to have as a special keepsake…Adele went above and beyond anything I could have expected- after a few hiccups and rejections by Adele re the standard of the engraving not being up to the standard she wanted (I might add the issues were only due to the fine detail of the photo supplied not any fault of BoS).
The final bead was brilliant- and exactly what I would have wanted. A great firm, excellent communication throughout and an above standard customer service - would definitely recommend will no doubt be using their services again in the future to add more quality bling to my bracelet.

I have just purchased my 3rd Baileys Bracelet and right from our first visit to the workshop years ago we found a warm and welcoming vibe. Again Adele has gone above and beyond spending time catching up on the phone and helping with any questions we needed answering. Such a wonderful business to deal with and buying British is definitely the way to go!
