I’ve been contemplating a Bailey of Sheffield bracelet for some time, and spoke to them to get more information to assist my decision. They always replied quickly, even into the evening. No detail was left to chance, phone calls for clarification on image, suggestions given, offer of delivery abroad as a present haven't seen it yet but gift wrapping looks great. cant fault the process. just looking forward to the result.
