Your delivery performance is not good enough. Next time, this will have a big impact on my purchase decision. I've paid a ridiculous amount for delivery and waited for 10 days.

Good quality, product as advertised. Delivery took a while, but that's probably due to corona.

Did not receive order
The crafts itself seems lovely online. I had to wait, as corona had placed a damper on deliveries. Then I found out the package was sent to a collection point, which I didn't know was open with an additional €22 fee for the delivery. Still don't have the package as it was returned, also couldn't pay the delivery fees.

Very bad service
Very bad service. I have order a cake in 3 weeks in advance , but they delivered it 3 days later (haw this is possible ?) With a tracking number it shows that cake has been sending by post 5 days before. How it possible? How you can make a cake and sending by post with 5 days delivery times? and could you guarantee quality of your cakes!! I am very disappointed and could not recommended this company!!!

To my friends I say: Do not buy British!
To my friends I say: Don't buy remotely from British - our EU rules on distance contracts don't apply. The rules in the contract between you, the consumer and a UK firm (if any) are not the same. For example, you can't go straight to a regular court to appeal to the law - you just have a shadowy body, which you only go to in exceptional cases. What are the rules for that body, who appoints the "judges" - unknown.
The British want their own rules. OK, I want MY rules!
So: better not buy online from British!
I also wrote this to consumer organizations, with the advice to pay ample attention to this in publications.

Delivery took forever
If I had known it was from the UK I would never have ordered because I don't agree with your political choices. I coulnd't find it on the website. Delivery took forever. Two stars instead of one because the products were as advertised.

Nice quality products, everything arrived with no damage, quick delivery. They also have a great variety of products at a really good price.

Beware of stinky products and long delivery time!
Some of the productd were fine but others have a very strong chemical smell (e.g. stickers) that even after days of airing outdoors still smells bad. For something thst my young children use I am a bit doubtful whether they are healthy. Another criticism is that at time of ordering it did not make it clear that my items will be shipped from the UK. It took me almost 4 weeks to receive my order!
