Price too good to be true?
The whole process from ordering to production has many flaws with the overall delivery date constantly being pushed back. One minute the item is being shipped the next theres a problem with production and delivery is pushed back over a week. Not ideal if you need the item for a specific date. They will call you but dont understand if you're working you can't always take a call. Try ringing back and well you're in for an experience from trying to explain your situation whilst the recipient has a kid screaming throughout to being transferred several times only to be on hold for 12mins plus with no response from anyone not even to update on progress of the transfer. How would I sum the experience up? Disorganised, chaotic, poor customer service and extremely painful & time consuming, until they address all the process and customer service flaws successfully I would definitely not recommend

No transparency and using a different company
Price seemed great and they sold me express delivery 1-2 days.
Until UPS emailed me saying a completely different company called Caterpillar Print Signs LTD based in India were sending the package.
I contacted BannerBuzz and they couldn’t give me transparency or even an explanation as to why this company I didn’t know where sending the package.
It’s extremely suspicious

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. I paid £20 for express delivery, but my order arrived a week late. I requested a refund four times, and each time I received the same robotic response — they never agreed to refund me. On top of that, the products are poor quality. When I raised this issue, I was told to submit a ticket through their system, despite already having sent several emails back and forth. Completely unacceptable.EDITING MY ANSWER TO REPLY TO BANNER BUZZ COMMENT, yes my order was late the artwork was agreed when I placed my order I did not request any changes and it’s very impressive to see how quickly you could reply to this review but ignored my refund request several times , you charging extremely expensive delivery fees and refuse to pay when late? Just to remind you that my shop opened 1 week late because of your incompetence now regarding the quality of your product I do have several photos to show it , please let me know if I should publish them on trip advisor for you to react ?

End product is very good quality , dealing with changes to a design is more difficult with the changes remarked on , often not being made properly , not a big issue as you can make as many changes as required , but could be problmatic if on a tight time frame

Good advice and excellent signs
The web site gave various options for a sign I was interested in, but I was not experienced enough to decide. I called their number and the person I spoke to was very helpful and gave me exactly the advice I needed. The sign came and was way better than I was expecting.

Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company! I wish I had looked into them more and listened to the many MANY bad reviews. Took the order and money then passes you pillar to post, complete scam.
Told us there was an issue with the artwork for that product (later told there wasn’t), then recommend a different product that would work, then told that won’t work….this happened at least 5 times. They will tell you it’s in various stages that it isn’t and offer faster shipping that doesn’t exist. Was told to call and email them multiple times a day to approve artwork after you have already done it, then claim you didn’t. Nobody knows what the other is doing and nobody is bothered. Constantly full of empty promises that they have no intention of fulfilling. Please read all the honest reviews and avoid. I wish I had! Scammed my money for weeks before having to push for a refund. Glad I ordered through Amazon as I’d hate to think how hard it would be getting your money back normally.

Choose a reputable local printer instead!
They couldnt manage to print from a flattened .pdf file, saying there was issues with The artwork. There wasnt. I supplied the same as a .jpg and they said that the artwork was now fine. My delivery was delayed due to this and still not received a week after it should have been delivered with an extra payment made for quick delivery.
Edit: In response to your comment, I tried this already. There was no interest in the messed up order or the non existent issues with my artwork. I wont be using your company again.

Great banner, but communication issues
It's 5 stars for the actual banner and the fact it is free for a charity, but it was hard work to communicate to begin with which almost put me off. I wasn't getting any response by email or website contact form, so I then phoned and was able to order that way. The banner looks good quality. I cannot comment on how long it will last as it is brand new.

Been left high & Dry
I tried to order £400 of Wavey Men and a Blower. Sales & Customer services have to date been useless. Their Production Team emailed me to say they could provide a 230v Blower, I spent hours putting an order together to later be told they could not fulfill. I tried ringing them but get the USA or, last time, they disconnected (I had not even had time to speak to anyone). There appears no UK office, although I did find a number which was said not working when i called it! They flashed a mail back when I tried to email complain (as was sick of spending time on their Chattool) to say they would reply within 2hrs but that never happened. I had hoped to not only do this order, but future business with them, but unless anything miraculously changes, unfortunately this is all I can say. I hate giving negative reviews

I did finally get a reply but had to re=ask if the items were in stock. I would be apprehensive to use because of poor communication & no UK offices (dispite advertising from a UK perspective) to ring & sort issues. It feels a pity as the products i wanted looked well priced.
