It is taking a long time to receive what we ordered. Almost 3 weeks have passed, and we have not received nothing.
Can you please check if something is going wrong ?
In the meanwhile I have been contacted by Barú, they have quickly solved the problem and I have received the items. I am really happy with their service !!!!! I will buy again for sure !!!! I love their products

Too much hype and too expensive
Too much hype and too expensive.
Tried the ones with sea salt caramel.
There were almost no caramel on top. This is just a very expensive marshmellow (very soft though) with chocolate.

This stuff should be illegal
Expectations were high - we tried some of your stuff already. But boy oh boy you did deliver. Surreally good treats = a quite literal description.
The only drawback is that gym visits are not included.
And well despite those are vegan, it goes best with good (really good) cow milk.

It was great even if the packaging was not solid enough
It was great, the products arrived early but one of the packagings was open and smashed so I lost a little bit of the powder. But it happens to everyone and that’s not so problematic. Beside of all that the taste of the chai is amazing !! Would recommend for sure :)

Initially it did not reach me, they have contacted me to solve the situation and it was solved fast.

The website says "next day delivery" in Belgium, the parcel was shipped 48h after ordering and delivered 72h after ordering, even if I did not order any chocolate products. I had already left the country so I did not get to use the products ordered.

We're very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our service! At the time of your order, we were carefully monitoring our shipments since it was very hot. In our website banner we indicated that only orders with Spiced and Vanilla Chai were being shipped. Your order also included Fluffy powder, which contains mini marshmallows that don't react well to warm conditions. We didn't want to risk our products to be of a lesser quality upon arrival.
We hope you can still enjoy our tasty drinks when you return. Have an amazing trip! :)
