BB WHEELS is the way TO GO
This is my second purchase.. my son introduced me to BBWHEELS 2 YEARS AGO.. WEB site was a little lacking 2 years ago but now it met all my information needs this time.. and there pricing has always beat every other site by a couple dollars to over a hundred.. I've recommended it to friends who loved it... this purchase took less then 48 hrs to receive. That's not a guarantee , I was just blessed.. 5 to 8 days is the expected time of delivery.. There service is wonderful.. but.. I am a mechanic and do my own work... but BBWHEELS. is the way to go. Check them out..

Pretty good customer service
I placed an order for wheels a few days ago thinking they’d fit. When I emailed customer service to double check, Nate advised me that they wouldn’t fit and helped me change my order before they were shipped out. He also helped me find the tires I wanted. I never received a confirmation email for my order for the tires so I spoke with Austin via chat and he was able to fix it manually so my order went through. Overall, everyone was very helpful and I’m super excited for everything to get here!

STEER CLEAR!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!! order from a reputable site! BB’s website and sales rep Nate said the wheels would fit. They do not fit and when I called BB an incredibly rude “customer service” person named Sandra immediately told me this is not their problem and that I could buy spacers from them. I emailed her proof of my convo with Nate and she didn’t care. She couldn’t even be bothered to spell my name right. This company could care less about selling you the correct product. Save yourself the hassle. Order from someone else!

A great waste of time.
I recently placed an order though BB Wheel for rims which they had no problem charging me for. 2 days later I get an e-mail informing me they were canceling my order and refunding my money "due to our anti-fraud system". As I look in my credit card account there is still no pending refund. This has been a great waste of time. I will be placing my order though a different business and steering clear of BB Wheel.

The wheels that were suggested didn't and they tried too tell me I had to pay over $400 in fees.
The wheels that were suggested didn't fit. I found this out from les schwab during the time they were gettting delivered. So I refused the delivery because their expert's didn't know what they were talking about. BB Wheels tried to charge me over 400 dollars in fees for restocking and delivery refusal on a $500 order. Which to anyone with common sense seems egregious. If you suggest the wrong product and that product gets returned. The customer is not liable for anything including returns.
I will never ever shop hear again. So many other companies offering the same things.
