We will get back to you soon, I had a reply from Traxsource within an hour, JunoDownload within a few hours and I´m still waiting for Beatport to answer. Slow support compared to their competitors. I´ll give it another 24 hours before rating them as a zero.

Never has a website sucked for so long. For more than TEN YEARS this website will NOT remember my password, i literally have to reset it every time i want to login and today - finally - it now won't even do a reset.

When you do login - the site is slow, the UX is terrible and just a horrible experience.

A site of this size should not show so much contempt for it's users.

I'm now up to 23 emails in 2.5 months with support with no real indentification or acknowledgement of the problem of purchasing music tracks but not being able to download . On three of four occasions I have been unable to get what i have paid for! I have tried 3 different browsers, restarted computer, and yet the ongoing problems continue.
I can instantly download a purchase from BANDCAMP....Beatport totally different story. There are obviously huge shortcomings in the IT department to adequatly deal with the issues arising. And from feedback I have recieved it has been an issue for some time.

The checkout process is confusing, had to buy a song twice to get the quality I actually wanted.

The front page auto-plays some random audio that blasted my ears. The whole site is a bad experience.

If the song I wanted wasn't exclusively on Beatport, I would have never even considered buying it there as the whole experience was worryingly shady.

I am a fan but currently not using the app so would just like to cancel for a few months till I move into my own place .It says cancel anytime but will only let me downgrade from the £10.99 plus vat to the £3.99 version which I don’t want there is no cancel subscription button .
I take it back tilted my phone to the side and there was the cancel button

I had purchased Traktor Remix Sets & STEM files from Beatport.com. Due to a personal emergency, I didn't get a chance to download my purchase immediately. Beatport.com without giving me any prior intimation removed all of my purchases from my account & forfeited my rights to download files that I had already purchased from them. I have been running pillar to post in these trying times just to set things right & have run out of options at my end. I will never buy anything from Beatport again.

I tried to buy an album last Friday and Beatport basically stole my money. They charged my credit card but the website said that the payment was declined and didn't release the download.

I sent an email to the support team and Josh wrote me back 8 hours later saying that he changed something (which I have no idea what it was) and that I could download the file in the next 48hrs, which was Saturday and Sunday, but at that time I was away in a bush party and didn't have access to the internet so I couldn't receive the email.

On Monday I sent another email saying that I still can't download the file and that I would like to do so or my money back. And they are simply ignoring me.

NEVER use Beatport!
There are many other platforms online where you buy songs and albums and you download them straight away after the payment with no problem.

Beatport is a SCAM!

Can't re-download any of the tracks I have purchased. As well as only being able to listen to a three minute window of the purchased tracks in my library.
Total rip off!
My advice, if your stupid enough to purchase from Beatport then make sure you download as soon as you buy.. there's no going back to download later.

I don't have an active sub and yet they still are trying to bill me. Garbage. also you cannot delete your account yourself, you will need to contact support and I am just not OK with that.

Imagine if Steam games only let you download and install them once after your purchase, that is beatport. You can only download your songs during a 48hour window period and then you have to buy it again if you want the stuff you bought.

Scam. No other words. Some slimey Terms and Service agreement doesnt make it any less scammy. If you work for these people know that your income is taken from people the company has scammed. Find another job.

beatport is really terrible site. first, it's more expensive that other music sites, than it doesn't let you download files after like 14 days or something and third it has different pricing for mp3 and lossless... I mean, is this even possible? this site is just suuuch a lamery... there are far better alternatives, such as bandcamp.. HELL, I would rather buy music on JUNO rather than beatport.. SHAME SHAME SHAME

Beatport is a scam. They will take your money and not reply to any emails regarding support. Be aware of using any of their subscription based products.

How can this company even exist?

First:
Use this tip to save you many hours:
You need to use google to search for songs ie: "Artist - song name (mix) beatport". do this in a google search.
Using the search engine on shitport is a big waste of your time.
So you will need to juggle around different browser tabs.

Second:
Be aware that you need other browser tabs open with youtube, soundcloud or the like in order to hear the full song your not sure if you wish to buy or not.
The preview on trashport is often not long enough, and other times its not the part of the song you need to hear in order to decide. Such as the preview stops just before the drop.
Now this might not sound like a big thing... but believe me... this will make you spend a good chunk of extra time.

Third:
You cannot check out (buy) many songs at a time. So if you like me end up adding 100+ songs into the basket expecting being able to buy them (I KNOW CRAZY EXPECATIONS RIGHT HERE!!!) you will be dissapointed.
After getting "help" from support (see 4th) i had to move songs around baskets (save 4 later vs Main basket).
Tried checking out with 100 songs in basket: Fail.... 50 songs in basket: Fail.... 25 songs in basket: Fail.
My lucky number was 11 and 9 (as i tried to hit 10 x 2).
So if i want to purchase all the 150songs i saved there will be quiet a bit of work for me to add 10 songs to the basket, then check out, then download, then rinse and repeat 15 times.

Fourth:
It took 3 days (3 x 24 hours) for support to answer my "i cannot check out support ticket".
Answer was: Try checking out less than 100 songs.
IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO GET BACK TO ME WITH THAT ANSWER!!!!!!!
And apparantly the answer is not 100 songs, but 10 songs. (see third).

Fifth:
As i (for some reason) was determined to actually get through this insane process of buying music after having done to purchases of a total of 20 songs i realise that my most recent purchase is mixed into my first purchase meaning that i need to either download everything again or compare my previous downloaded songs with the new list of all songs.

Final and last:
No picture thumbnails build into the MP3's.

I cant believe the bad reviews for this site.
Just to say I've had a very positive experience with this site even with an issue its was sorted promptly.
I continue to support this site and use its service

I have had issues with downloading music from Beatport and believe that their system would benefit hugely from an update. However, the customer service was very helpful and nice once I contacted them regarding my very frustrating problems with their website.

The search engine is absolute garbage! Even when you type in the exact wording, it hardly ever comes up in the tracks section so you have to start delving into charts etc, which is time consuming. They want to watch the the they conduct themselves and their site because as soon as new company start up and do it better, they will die off! I’ll jump ship straight way....

Bought tracks, only to find they are not the full versions. They are ripped from a pre mixed album and someone simply cut them into track sections and tried (successfully) to sell them as full versions. They have no beginning and abruptly end, plus pitch is everywhere so they cant even be beat gridded. Complete and total ripoff. What am I supposed to do with these? I thought Beatport was a site for DJs to buy music? (Yes, reactivate trance albums, i'm talking about you. ripoff merchants). It was bad enough with all the dodgy vinyl rips being sold on Beatport but this... this is a league of its own.

Total ripoff , No support and if there is any issue downloading you purchase.. NO HELP. you lost your money. I do not know how this site is still active ! its a total scam !
