Our consultant, Karl Green, made the process extremely easy. We have used BEC for our business energy contracts the past 3 times I believe and never had an issue.

An account with an electricity provider was not set up as we'd thought due to one of us failing to provide some requested information. Alex was extremely helpful and friendly and sorted out our predicament.

It seems crazy to praise a company for doing what they should but that is the reality.

Good communication by the team and efficiently handled.

Karl Green managed to get my Pozitive contract renewed at 4p pkwh less than Pozitive had quoted myself to retain the contract.

As usual, the help from Karl Green was excellent. We were given a selection of plans/companies to choose from and everything was completed within around 2 hours. Very quick no fuss process and as always would highly recommend.

So far so good! I dread the time when it comes to renewing our energy, as it's really time consuming, and you never know if you are getting the best deals or not. Yes, we were cold called by BEC Consultants, but the lady I spoke to was really polite, and as we were due thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. I am glad we did. A week or so after, Morgan Coughlin-Dee called me. After giving over a small bit of information, Morgan went away and worked his magic on getting us the best supplier. Probably took around half an hour of my time, which would have taken me weeks! The switch is currently going through, and so far has been painless. An email received from the previous supplier about the cancellation and an email from the new supplier received! Thanks to Morgan I have a few less grey hairs!

Fast and easy to swap to a better deal with our electricity supplier, all completed by Karl at BEC Consultants with minimal fuss.

Karl was proactive making the process of renewing our contracts nice and easy. Clear guidance was given regarding competitive prices. Knowledgeable information relating to energy providers. Administration straight forward.

I have been going through BEC for my electric for a few years now and always get good service from them, especially Karl. I trust them to get me the best deal and if I'm already on it, they advise accordingly. They are not like the companies that hound you on the hour every hour.
