The bed was easy to assemble and sturdy looks great. Mattress seem quiet good too.Great price and delivery was fast due discounted upgrade to delivery preferences offered at checkout. The only negative was the 4 draws aren't really anchored with rails and harder to move around all are tiny draws to be honest.

Satisfied Customer-bed base and mattress
I ordered a bed and mattress from Bedzy and delivery was prompt. I was advised of progress for delivery even though it was the Christmas holidays .
Assembly was easy and I did it myself regardless being an aged pensioner.

15 days after paying for the order I…
15 days after paying for the order I contacted them to ask where my order was to find out they haven’t even processed it!
After several more emails and an attempt to cancel the order I was informed it had been sent so will only have another week to wait lol
They didn’t even have the decency to upgrade the item to express post as a gesture of goodwill to an unhappy customer.
Will be using other companies in future that look after their customers a bit better

As outlined in our Shipping Guide (https://www.bedzy.com.au/pages/bedzy-shipping-guide), we are currently experiencing high demand due to our New Year sales, which can lead to extended processing times of up to 14 business days for regular free shipping orders. I genuinely appreciate your patience as we navigate through this.
That being said, I’d like to assure you that your order was dispatched within 10 business days, even considering the public holiday during that period. This is in line with our advertised processing estimates.
Additionally, we offer a priority service for urgent orders, which could have ensured a faster dispatch time, but I noticed this option wasn’t selected for your order. This service could have seen your item dispatched in just a few days for a small extra fee.
Lastly, I’d like to mention that while we do not have express post contracts to your suburb, I am pleased to see your order was delivered yesterday (5th February), just 4 days from dispatch.
I genuinely hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future, and I truly appreciate your patience during our busiest time.

Can not be happier
I bought two cheap bed side tables and had an issue with one of the runners which was part my fault.
Mel was always friendly and helpful at all times, keeping me informed.
I have a replacement on its way
You cannot ask any more than that.
Bedzy is not your top end furniture supplier and people who complain about the quality, it is they want everything for nothing.
I will certainly recommend and purchase from them in the future

Superb customer service!
Was a bit hesistant to order at first and when my order took so long to be delivered I looked for its customer support area (they only got via message)- so I thought it was a scam BUT LO AND BEHOLD they’ve got the most amazing service! Lisa, in particular was always patient and informative no matter how small my question is, she’d always come back to check in with the correct details/answer!
And the products? Gosh I fell in love with my mattress. I got the Luna thick mattress and my friend was in awe of how comfy it is! The amazing thing is how cheap it is compared to its quality. I also got a quality bed frame from Bedzy.
OVERALL: no doubt, I highly recommend! 💯

When looking for a bed you are faced with a huge range of options. I chose Bedzy because they seemed reputable. As suppliers to hotels, I thought they would have to be good. I was also happy that they were Australian based. I was impressed with their delivery as well, it arrived earlier than expected. I was happy with the product, a double bed, and satisfied that I made the right decision to buy from them.
