I’ve been a customer of Beliani for over 5 years now and absolutely love their range! We’ve recently upgraded our garden with beautiful loungers and storage solutions that are fab. We are getting so many compliments on them! Fast delivery’s nd great customer service too. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with my set of teak pouffes from Beliani. The quality is excellent, with a beautiful natural finish that gives them a timeless and elegant look. They are sturdy, well-crafted, and surprisingly versatile — perfect as extra seating, or simply as stylish decorative pieces.

I was very impressed with Belliani's customer service. I recently ordered a couple of chairs and encountered a small issue where the tracking number wasn't working, so I wasn't sure when the delivery would arrive. There also appeared to be a glitch with the courier.

The Belliani customer service team was fantastic throughout the process. They quickly escalated the issue, kept me informed, and followed up promptly until everything was resolved. It was also very easy to get in touch with someone, and every interaction was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience ordering furniture from Belliani and would highly recommend them. Their customer service was truly outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

I really love my chairs I got from here. They came out to be so beautiful. The price of these were insane considering the quality and look. Honestly so happy with my chairs, I get lots of compliments for them

Please take extreme caution. Carpets labelled as having a backing of 100% cotton in fact contain LATEX. I have reported to TRADING STANDARDS this is potentially LETHAL if you have LATEX ALLERGY. eg Beliani Rug DAGARI Beige 300x400 cm Wool.

I am disappointed with both the delivery service and the after-sales support.

I paid for assembly and room-of-choice delivery by paying extra 50gbp. The delivery team refused to bring the sofa into my flat, claiming it would not fit through the access route. However, within an hour of their departure, I was able to get the sofa into my flat myself by simply rotating the box horizontally. It does not appear that the delivery team made a reasonable attempt to manoeuvre the package before deciding that delivery could not be completed.

Despite this, Beliani refused to refund the assembly service, arguing that the package dimensions were available on the website. The issue was not the dimensions themselves, but the fact that the service I paid for was not actually carried out.

In addition, all four wooden sofa legs arrived with visible mould. I reported this issue immediately and specifically asked what action Beliani would take to resolve it. At the time of writing, this concern has not been addressed and I have not received a satisfactory response regarding replacement parts or any other resolution.

The sofa itself is attractive and I was ultimately able to get it into my flat by myself. However, the delivery experience, the refusal to refund a service that was not provided, and the lack of response regarding the mould issue have left me very disappointed.

I hope Beliani will review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Update: I’m further disappointed with them they are saying they won’t refund the delivery additional fee even though they did not deliver it to my room. I had to do it myself with my own labor and pay 50GBP.

The molded legs they are not willing to send new pairs but give me a 60gbp voucher for buying at Beliani or a 30 gbp cash.

We ordered an outdoor kitchen island in March and admittedly I should have checked the delivery date (which wasn’t on the order) after I emailed they confirmed first week of June (so 4 months) I chased again last week to make sure the order was on track to which they responded to say it had been delayed now until end of July. The communication was poor with me having to ask for regular updates. To be fair they did refund quickly but be aware it could take months and they are not overt about that.

I’m really impressed with Beliani as customer service and quality of products are second to none.

Amazing selection, fast shipping and great customer service. The furniture I ordered is in pristine quality, very comfortable and beautiful.

I have purchased the Ottoman Bed Fabric ORBEY 160 x 200 cm (EU King Size) three years ago. Unfortunately the gas strut/hinge strut broke (it bended preventing now the bed from closing). I have reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement of the broken part but they told me the bed is no longer in the warranty period, and the broken component is out of stock, without offering me any solution.

Three years is not the life span I would have expected for a bed. Beds should last longer than that.

The aesthetic of the bed is good, its price accessible, and the customer service responsive. However, I would recommend you to buy this bed only if you are tight on what you can spend, and with the expectation to change it three years after…. Unfortunate that Beliani didn’t offer any repair/replacement solution when the same bed is still being sold.

Customer service poor. Wanted to spend money with them but can’t get answer as to why there was a £50 delivery charge for mainland Scotland. Sent 2 links which showed free Spanish deliveries. No response in live chat despite claiming a 2 minute response time. Given up.

Easy to put together, great padding and fabric for the cushions, we can tell it’s going to last.

Ordered a chaise lounge. Got 1 email confirming order. 2wks went by with no contact from them. Had to visit their chat support to find out item was 'out of stock' and wouldn't be available for another 2-3 months. They claimed their website said this but they let me buy and took my payment. They claimed they emailed me about it but they didn't. Avoid them.....terrible company.

Beliani sends goods in packaging that is not fit for purpose. I received a glass cabinet and one of the panels is shattered. I sent them photos and they say that their policy requires to check within 24 hours. I was never made aware of such request! Because of that I am left with a cabinet with no glass on one side and paid them £350! Stay away from them if you can. Pathetic and disgusting service.

The item I ordered was delivered fairly quickly. The item itself is well made and was easily assembled with very clear instructions. Recommended.
