Avoid!

Ordered garden furniture for over £1.5k and one cushion arrived with a hole in it.

Having sent pictures back and forward, they are now refusing to confirm that this is their product because I got rid of the original packaging.

All I need is a cushion cover but they are refusing.

Now demanding a full refund but not hopeful of them cooperating.

Was purchased through B&Q who have been equally useless. They confirmed the faulty cover would be replaced, only to get a follow up email from Beliani saying otherwise.

UPDATE
Beliani have said that I needed to unpack the furniture with the delivery driver present to ensure it was all correct. No one was in for the delivery. They left the boxes in the back garden and signed my name on the delivery form. I have asked for any proof that it left their end without the defect. I’m yet to hear back.

£1.5k for furniture with a hole in a cushion when this could be rectified with a replacement cover.

These chairs exceeded my expectations. They are really strong and well put together. The cushions are big and plump and comfortable. My patio area now looks the 'bees knees' and I have no hesitation recomending this company. Good from start to finish!! They came ready assembled delivered by very helpful delivery men.

This is just as lovely as it looks on the website. It’s great quality, looks gorgeous and the clock is reliable too. It only all of this delivery is fast and free.

The table I ordered was delivered within two weeks which is good but not as fast as I was hoping for an in-stock item. It looks great but the finishing is relatively low quality; the top of the table chipped from a ceramic plate within the first week I had it.

UTTERLY ATROCIOUS. I bought 5 white extra large pots, chipped, terrible spray quality with drips and bare patches and cheap nasty quality for £80 per pot. I sent photos and requested a refund and collection. Customer Service said 'they couldn't see anything ' and argued the toss. Having just had a baby and been diagnosed with cancer. I gave up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!

Just recieved my order. What can I say exceeded my expections. Will be ordering again very soon too much choice to be had over all categories

I recently bought a sofa, rug, and lamp from Beliani and I couldn’t be happier with everything. The quality of all the pieces is fantastic – they look exactly as I’d hoped and have completely transformed my art studio. It finally feels like a proper, homely space where I can both work and relax, and having a comfortable spot to chill has made such a difference. Customer service was also great from start to finish, and the delivery drivers were really helpful bringing everything in and getting it set up in the space.
Overall, such a positive experience – I’d definitely order from Beliani again!

Bought a sheep storage stool for my 6 yr old granddaughter. It was an absolute hit from the moment she set eyes on it . Well constructed and sturdy The only negative is that after the first 5 minutes it was obvious that the lid needs bracing or a child will break the hinge Simply resolved

This whole week was about buying furniture for my whole apartment and I’ve been making a list and shopping carts. But, this is the 11th time today I’ve had to hear the cringey song in the advertisement that keeps coming up on YouTube. The singer sounds distressed and it seems like the singer was singing in the shower and someone did a voice recording of it without editing. The person who decided to proceed with this song to be sung by a singer that doesn’t suit the style of this melody needs to go back to creativity class. I’m no longer buying furniture and will use cardboard boxes throughout my stay on Earth.

Extremely disappointed with Beliani.
I purchased two 3-seater sofas, used for less than a month, and they have already started heavily pilling despite very light use. This is clearly a quality issue.
When I first contacted customer service, I was told to use a fabric shaver to remove the pilling — which is unacceptable for a brand-new sofa. Now that I’ve requested a refund, I’m being told that because I no longer have the original packaging, they will only offer a voucher instead of refunding me to my original payment method.
Let’s be clear — no one returns sofas “for fun.” The only reason I am asking for a refund is because the items are faulty. Expecting a customer to accept a voucher for defective products is unreasonable.
I expect a full refund to my original payment method and for the faulty sofas to be collected without additional charges.
This needs to be resolved properly

Please change your advertisement song. Whenever I have to listen to it on YouTube, it ruins my whole day. Simply the most irritating tune I have heard.

Horrible - avoid at all costs. Bed frame came with faulty pieces and have been trying to get them to send replacement screws has been a nightmare.

You would think this would be straightforward thing they are used to, but they are asking for proof of that the pieces are faulty over and over again, completely ridiculous. We have had to sleep on a bed without the supporting legs and there is still no solution or apologies their end for us.

Avoid them, I wish I had.

I absolutely love this dining table it’s even more gorgeous in person. The quality is excellent and it looks far more expensive than it is. The only minor flaw I’ve noticed is a visible line where the legs join but that’s me being quite picky and you’d only really see it if you were underneath the table looking for it. The colour is beautifully warm, exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The delivery team were also fantastic I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Was so delighted with my online pouffe purchase, exactly what I was looking for to match a dressing table. The quality, colour, delivery all faultless. Definitely recommend this company.
