I've ordered from Beliani a unique vintage bedside table. Product is exactly like it is showing on the website. Very good quality, beautiful colour and well packed. Delivery was prompt and got regular updates about it. People around me always asking me where I got this item from! Beliani got very nice range of furniture on their website. Definitely will order again from them.

Ordered their DALBO chairs for my dining room and they were gorgeous. However I had a few issues with the condition they initially came in. Jake from Customer service readily offered me alternative solutions which I am grateful for. All in all would highly recommend them.

I bought 4 dining chairs 9 months ago. Recently one of the legs collapsed. Luckily no one was hurt. I contacted Beliani for replacement legs but they told me it was a mechanical fault not a manufacturing defect. I then even offered to pay for new legs for the chair but they couldn’t do that either! Now I am stuck having to buy a whole new set of dining chairs again. Lovely chairs but worth nothing if they don’t take responsibility if a leg breaks!

Received the dining table few days ago, its lovely as expected, delivery was arranged as perfectly as per preferred time and date.

Excellent cupboard. Great from ordering to arrival in the UK. Then the UK carrier changed the delivery date twice leaving me sitting here for 3 days. Not a supplier problem.

Incredibly disappointed, but why am I surprised. Cheap furniture with cheap promises.
My first delivery of 6 chairs got lost. I have scheduled it for a future date, yet it arrived when I was away on holiday and gone missing. These chairs are now out of stock until March and I needed them for a remodeling for Feb.
Ordered other chairs to check the material. Their website is set up to mislead customers, promising immediate delivery within 4 working days. It’s been 3 now and my items won’t arrive in the UK until Friday, meaning I will get them within 7-8 working days after ordering. I get that it’s not a big difference, but because my original chairs got lost I am now on a tight schedule to find a replacement in time, so it matters to me. I would not have ordered from them again if the delivery was reflected correctly on their website. Why not put 4-7 working days? It’s incredibly frustrating.
Won’t shop there again.

Belliani makes great outdoor furniture. The buying process was good and quite easy. Delivery of these lovely Bistro sets was quick and safe. Highly recommended for quality and durability and, they look very good on the patio.

I was looking for a replacement adjustable bed and wanted something smart and modern. I came across a beautiful modern looking zero g adjustable bed with zero g, memory function, and TV settings. It had a smart base and very smart headboard so I bought it in a beige grey shade. I had questions prior to purchase, which were answered professionally and with no trouble. It was delivered promptly, I’ve had it for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy.
