Great dining table & chairs

I recently purchased the Beliani Dining/Office Chair, and I am thoroughly impressed! From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell this was a well-crafted piece of furniture. The standout feature for me has to be the orange buckle material. It's vibrant without being overpowering, adding a fresh pop of color to my space. The texture is not only aesthetically pleasing, but it's also super soft and comfortable to sit on for long periods, whether I'm working or dining.

Speaking of comfort, this chair really delivers. The high backrest provides excellent support for my spine, helping me maintain a good posture, whether I'm sitting up straight or leaning back to relax. The armrests are perfectly placed too—offering just the right amount of support without being bulky or awkward.

The wooden legs give the chair a sleek, elegant look that blends well with both modern and more traditional décor. They’re sturdy too, providing a solid foundation that ensures the chair feels secure and stable.

I was so pleased with the small green sofa I purchased. It has a retro feel and looks really stylish. The fabric is lovely and the seat is firm and comfortable. It has received many compliments already. For the price I think it is excellent value, plus delivery was free. I received plenty of updates about delivery and it arrived in the time frame indicated.

The Christmas tree plates, bowls and mugs are such good quality and perfect for the festive season.

Very quick with the delivery and the quality it’s absolutely the best. Customer service it’s amazing and very prompt to any question or concern.

Ordered 6 chairs in black. They arrived and were blue. They also won't fit together and the holes do not align to put them together. They seem to think that blue is the same as black, and won't accept that the holes don't align. Totally unhelpful and refusing to collect them or refund. Off to the courts.

Delivery took around two weeks from ordering, which was as expected. Apparently this is common for furniture. I used the online chat beforehand and found it helpful and responsive.

The sofa arrived on time and in perfect condition with no damage. I didn’t pay for assembly, but putting it together was straightforward and didn’t take long.

I went for a bench-style sofa and it looks great in the room and is comfortable to sit on. Based on this experience, I’d happily buy from them again.

Delivery was a little slower than advertised on the website but once our order arrived (only a few days later) we were very pleasantly surprised. The stools were easy to assemble, look great and are really comfortable.

I had ordered the black Sanilac velvet dining chairs and bar stools from Beliani and they have completely transformed the look of our dining area. They were delivered quickly and excellently packaged. The quality of the chairs is incredible, they really give off that luxury vibe. Would definitely order through Beliani again.

Horrible customer service! I bought a sofa 4.5- 5 months ago. The bed part started to shift itself whenever we sit and every piece of the sofa give another noise. I send an email about the issues, they asked me to add a video.
After that they said they will send the issue to the technical team and the supplier. After couple of weeks they said “unfortunately they can’t find a solution and close my case”????
I asked for ‘365 day return’, they said only if you keep the sofa in the box :D unbelievable. I asked if they can change the sofa?? NO
I don’t know what to do whit this faulty sofa
NEVER AGAIN

one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retailer. I firstly ordered products in France with Beliani.fr for a holiday home in France. Gave them a 3 day window to deliver within (which was within the timescales they quoted) and they let me down at the last minute (wasted trip to France costing loads of time and money) I then decided to order from Beliani in the UK and take the products to France myself. Same outcome - they couldn't deliver within their own quoted delivery times - I ended up having to deal direct with their courier and collect the products myself as apparently their courier doesn't deliver anywhere on a Monday! When we unpackaged one of the seats it was damaged. In the UK and France I have spent just short of £3k and as recompense I have been offered a free lamp or similar small value item (even though I spent £500 on the courier and wasted £300 in travel costs to France) even now they are still arguing with me about replacing the chair and claiming that I damaged it. I have tried reconciling this directly before writing this review - but feel compelled to warn others to stay well away from Beliani so they don't end up with the same issues (note with interest that all of the glowing reviews on google seem to be from people who have only ever posted one review !?) Maybe time for Google's robots to figure out what's going on here

i ordered 2 seater sofa, when the confirmation email arrived noticed delivery address is incomplete . I call them to put the right address i was told they couldn't
change the address, i have to cancel the order and order again. so i canceled the order, 3 weeks later i have not received thee refund yet.
i have call them several times, still no refund.
