These guys do not deserve the one star. I have contacted them more that 3 times via their email.

I ordered sunglasses from them on 27th of Jan it is now 14th Feb and no reply, no delivery and also no refund.

I read all the glowing reviews given, and ordered 3 pairs. Don't bother 😒

You can buy designer prescription glasses online for a little higher (generally 20 to £40 extra). These are cheap glasses just like you get on Temu or Aliexpress. Not terrible, but if you want prescription lenses it's not worth buying from this company.

There was no response on all my emails from costumer service, i went to instagram to complain about the order delay and i got blocked because the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the person who was replaying on me that time, finally after i received my order .. half of my order item wasn’t delivered and i got no response on my emails and no refund , will be my first and last order.. Thanks

Fast shipping glasses look good in person, lenses a bit thin but other than that great product

Order a fair few pieces very late on a Monday night and the parcels were still here on the Wednesday with standard delivery and every item was packaged perfectly and the quality of each item is like no other would recommend very highly.

Very reliable always message back very helpful and the quality of the frames and the lenses are impeccable took them to my options and they were even taken back by the quality and precision of the prescription lenses their words not mine “bang on point” will definitely be ordering more frames great quality for a cheap price you absolutely cannot go wrong some people think their Cartier frames lol

Belvoir has an excellent selection of eyewear and are equally as excellent in making prescription lenses. I recommend Belvoir for anyone looking for stylish eyewear with affordable prices

Their customer service is horrendous. They do not fulfil returns. I have emailed them twice and still no refund. I will contact my bank for a refund.

My order was not delivered and customer support never returned my messages.

I entered in contact via email and via instagram. Haven't recieved a reply in any platform. My order was made last year, and almost a month has passed without resolution or acknowledge from their side.

Unfortunately it has been bad experience buying from them.

This my go to glasses plug, I stay in the states and asked on IG if they could get it to me in two day. They actually did it. Considering I stay in the USA this is legendary and I’ll only be buying my glasses from them. Lifetime loyalty.
