I ordered from sweden 3 pairs i LOVE THEM
i paid alot of tax for them when they arrived to sweden BUT it was WORTH IT!!! thank you belvoir team!

I've made -by the time of writing this review- 3 orders in total (not at the same time), I was so in love ever since I received the first order that I've been completing my collection and even buying different colors to mix the glasses, custom-style (they are easily unscrewable and mixable if you use the same crystals), making for example 3D-style blue and red glasses which are eye candy for most people.

I recommend using exclusively premium shipping (DHL Express), because if you are buying from abroad, as in my case, chances are it'll get stuck in customs and you'll have to repay the shipping fee, costs and wait much longer, it's what happened with my first order (I understand it wasn't Belvoir's fault though so I remained patient throughout, but it was nonetheless very annoying).

Lastly it's important to know that if at any point you order prescription lenses, it will most likely add a 30-day-ish period of additional wait so have this in mind.

Hope to keep buying more pairs in the future, a pleasure to wear them every single day.

it's incredible that I haven't received my order since March 13th, when I placed it for more than 45 days. The tracking hasn't been updated for more than 35 days. They don't give you solutions, nor do they respond to emails.

Best quality and Accurate Prescribed lenses they are making. Really, Better than thousands of well-Known brands and obviously, Prices are nothing comparatively to their quality. We are waiting to launch new styles especially big frames so that We can buy more.

I placed my order and it has not arrived, the tracking has not been updated for more than 30 days. They don't give an answer, they have terrible customer service, they don't give you a solution to anything or information.
Received my order after 50 days

Great glasses, the reason I like it because you can wear it any time and it is look so good. I bought the footballer edition it has 4 different WILLOW DIAMOND colors and all of it are great.

Best experience I ever had the glasses feel good look good and the qualities really worth paying for this company. The best thing is doing is giving out good quality long lasting material and good looking frames. Definitely will be buying more all the way from USA CT.

I ordered the Football Boxset for an absolute bargain (£95) and it comes with 4 beautiful pairs of sunglasses. Not only is the quality of the product good, but the delivery speed is impressive. Knowing that this company is based in London, I was expecting my order to come in about 2-3 weeks since I live in Dubai. It took barely a week to arrive and with no damages to the product itself. I would recommend Belvoir to anyone who looks to buy a timeless and stylish pair that is fit for all occasions. 10/10

It’s crazy that I have wore designer glasses for over 10 years.

Come across Belvoir a few months ago and ordered two pairs of sunglasses and a tshirt.

Honestly the tshirt quality is insane and up there with big brands and the glasses well where do I start. Honestly top tier with a great design behind each pair.

Cannot fault you guys.

Earpiece fell of within a week of getting it. Customer service started a conversation with me then would leave me on read on messenger every time I tried to follow up.

They said that a replacement was sent, but never provided any tracking information or proof of this and I never received it.

I followed up numerous times asking about the replacement and only received this message in response:

"Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible. We'll get back to you soon."

They never got back to me.

They also promised a discount code for completing a survey and never provided the discount code upon completing the survey.

Shop elsewhere their customer service is terrible.
