Very pleased with our purchases in the Aintree store, Liverpool. A very helpful member of staff was so friendly and gave us a lot of useful information regarding the items. Extremely happy with the price and quality. Not a shop I had considered but so pleased we went in!

The store was welcoming the staple. Pleasant our experiment with Elaine was fantastic. She knew her job. I came away a very happy person. I would recommend Bensons for beds 100% service.

Great in-store service
I was shown the bed I was looking to buy and given lots of choice and info on other beds plus several of the mattresses which was really helpful in choosing the best one for me.

We went to Bensons in Aintree Liverpool on 11/7/2025 and a lady called Elaine was most helpful.
Elaine made lots of suggestions to help us decide what was right for us.
Testing out various mattresses was great and also when we lay on the bed that showed where we needed more or less pressure.
I'd recommend Bensons - and Elaine - to everyone.

Praise to Chris, Liverpool showroom
One of the best experiences I have had from any Customer Service. Bensons have gone above and beyond to be pacific, my agent was called Chris at the Liverpool showroom. He has offered me a Tempur bed base included with an extended protection cover which he throw in my bundle for free. I really appreciate this and didn’t expect this from him. He was an extremely friendly agent and I was very comfortable talking to him on the few occasions we interacted. I would definitely recommend Bensons for bed for this reason alone.

Excellent service
I dealt with Lyndsey in the Aintree branch in Liverpool. She was friendly and professional. She wasn't pushy at all and guided us round the shop to the matress I was looking for.
The whole process was easy and excellent communication up until the matress was delivered which was the exact date and time specified.
Overall a good experience.

I received excellent customer service by Claire in the aintree store, who explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to deal with such a lovely and wonderful sales lady. I must also add, Chris was also exceptionally good at dealing with my sales purchase when Claire wasn’t in work
