A good experience throughout the purchase journey. Went initially to Bedford store where a very helpful female store assistant gave us space and lots of help when needed. We approved of the standard of bedroom furniture and the sale prices were also a draw. Living in Sandy, we went to the Biggleswade branch to purchase where we could not praise “Mace” ( the Manager) enough for his extremely helpful approach and bonus offers. The downside was that the 9 week on-line delivery date extended to 11 weeks by the time of actual purchase but due to being on a cancellation list this returned to 9 weeks so a real boost.
Mattress delivered on time (and old mattress collected) by great well-humoured duo. Furniture delivered and assembled expertly by team of 3 without a hitch.
Throughout impressed by the communications personnel (on-line and phone and the actual drivers) about deliveries etc. Felt exceptionally well-informed throughout.
We are thrilled with all of our new bedroom furniture (3 wardrobes with 4 wardrobe drawer units) and 4 chest of drawers - downsides were shame that the latter do not have soft close drawers like the wardrobe doors as they shut with a snap; I did not like the metal handles supplied as rough to handle but the team expertly fitted my own handles instead which definitely look more stylish.
Would not hesitate to recommend the entire service especially with sale prices.

The sales man left us to browse and was around to answer our questions, which he answered concisely without pushing for a sale. He gave us sufficient information for us choose a quality divan base, with 4 roller bearing drawers and chrome castors.

Visited Bensons for Beds yesterday to look for a new bed, one that would suit my wife who is suffering with her hip and knee joints. The staff were very helpful and pointed us towards the best mattress and base, they suggested a choice of two, not cheap but not he most expensive mattress. They suggested we try them for at least twenty minutes to get a feel for them and with no pressure on buying, which I appreciate. We went away to measure up in our bedroom and review our choice, which had very good reviews, and returned to the store in Biggleswade and purchased a new Mattress, bed base and head board feeling very satisfied with our choice. The whole thing was very pleasant mostly due to the staff being so polite and thoughtful.

Your salesman was extremely helpful. He knew the products and gave extremely good advice. I was not hurried in any way to make a decision.

Needed new chest of drawers for bedroom. Was asked by assistant for help, when told we were browsing he left us, but offered help later if needed. We found the draws we wanted. The purchase was undertaken efficiently and as they were in the sale had additional savings

Great service, Friendly staff, no pushy salesman lots of good information

I had read a quite a few negative reports so was a bit concerned. As it turned out so far everything has been perfect. I altered my order which they dealt with fine. They arranged a day and time to deliver-which they stuck to- text me a couple of days before delivery. On the day they phoned again with a time, put overshoes on to protect carpet took old mattress away and new one is fine. Comfy and there is NO overpowering smell to it. Am VERY happy with the whole process.
