We had a lovely experience when looking to purchase a bed from Bensons @ Blackpool. Customer service was fantastic. Julie listened to what we required and she took us through a good range of beds. She wasn't at all pushy & she made the whole experience very enjoyable.

From start to finish the whole experience of choosing a mattress with the help of Julie was very good!
I was not too sure as to the type of mattress I wanted but with Julie’s advice I found the perfect mattress!

Not pushy
Just like to commend the team at your Blackpool store for good service. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady who served me but I did commend her to her manageress. On entry to the store I was approached by the assistant in mention who give me a brief, very polite and succinct way in which the sales team operates and it was everything I needed, and on that basis it sold me the bed. Non of my further questions were any trouble to address. On that basis you sold me a bed. 🙂
