All round a great experience made the more pleasurable with the attention and guidance of Zahid in the Croydon store who looked after us from the purchase of our four beds, mattresses and headboards to final delivery a few weeks later.

Kelvin went out of his way to be helpful, providing lots of useful info, taking the time to listen to me and help me find a mattress that was just right.
I didn’t feel rushed and would highly recommend.

Returned to Bensons after 7 years to buy a similar firm Sealy orthopaedic mattress - prices have gone up significantly but still competitive.
We were fortunate to see the same lead sales guy who sold us the original. His advice and service was exemplary and his knowledge on a different level.
Would recommend but you need deep pockets!
