The staff were very helpful in store. I had no problems with my order despite having to change the date of delivery of the bed I wanted. The delivery of the bed was straightforward.

Professional friendly staff
Charlie as previous chap, was very easy to talk to, gave advice but not in a pushy manner. Allowed me to lie on mattresses to test them with no pressure re time. Approachable, polite and knowledgeable.

We received good customer service
We received good customer service. We had time to consider all the options and felt guided in the right direction.
The person serving us was very natural and didn’t give us the hard sell which can be off putting.
The only thing I would say which is negative is that the choice of wooden bed frames was limited.
