The staff were very helpful in store. I had no problems with my order despite having to change the date of delivery of the bed I wanted. The delivery of the bed was straightforward.

No pressure, we knew what we had come to see. Charlie offered us another option, slightly more expensive, but didn't push us in any way. We stuck with our first choice after trying both.

GREAT RANGE OF BEDS
The range of beds, bed frames and mattresses is excellent. The options were numerous and could be tailored to our needs. The prices ranged from affordable to luxury so something for everyone. The sales assistant was excellent - he was very helpful without being pushy and his knowledge along with his customer service skills were superb. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Bensons.

Store had a large range of mattresses on offer and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the different features each had.
Our assistant Kristie was very friendly and helpful. She quickly understood our needs re a new mattress and showed us to the most suitable and ran through their different features. We were also impressed with the huge stock this store keeps. Would recommend Bensons to anyone.
