The salesman recommended me top quality products to suit my needs and he’s done a fantastic job. My back is not in pain anymore thanks to him. The delivery men also were efficient and quick. Did the job quicker than I had expected. I rate the whole experience wry highly. I will recommend to anyone who asks.

Tina helped us in store - she was great, very knowledgable and helpful! The delivery team, John and Lewis were also great - friendly and professional. Great experience from start to end! I can't review the mattress as of yet because it was just delivered today.

I have been going to Bensons for Beds for many years and their Customer Service is second to none. The staff are always helpful without being pushy, knowledgable about what they sell and always courteous.
The process of delivery is both efficient and seamless.
They inform the customer every step of the way. They provide an excellent tracking system of the delivery lorry and the driver rings when he is 30 minutes away.
What I like about Benson for beds is that they don't make you feel like just another order. Unlike most companies today, they still value their customers in providing an excellent service.

I recently purchased a double Ottoman bed from Bensons for Beds, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

From the moment the van arrived, the delivery drivers were incredibly courteous and professional. They handled the heavy components with care and ensured they didn't scuff any walls or flooring while moving through the house.

The build itself was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s a relief to have the Ottoman mechanism working perfectly right out of the gate without having to tackle the assembly myself! The team was polite, tidy, and made sure I was happy with the placement before they left.

The quality of the bed is fantastic, but the top-tier service is what really stood out. I would definitely buy from Bensons for Beds again and highly recommend their delivery and assembly service to anyone looking for a stress-free upgrade.

The shop staff were amazing, knowledge and extremely helpful with no pressure to buy.. the delivery driver did not call 30 mins before arriving at my address, and they were extremely offended as I asked them to lift my old mattress off and move it 3 paces away to lean on the wall. I love alone so couldn't lift it. They were in a rush, not, helpful or friendly, and barged through my home with a heavy mattress as quickly as they could. In fact the exact opposite to the shop staff.. not a pleasure to deal with

i knew what i wanted when i entered the shop so it was really helpful they remembered me from the last sale. Great communication. the only thing i wasnt made aware of is the money off OR a cleaning kit so i have now got two cleaning kits where as id rather of had the money off but wasnt given the option and after explaining my situation i thought i would have been.
Luke and paul on delivery were amazing so friendly, tidy and patient with the children and their many of questions!
