Paul arranged everything for us to collect our new bed. He showed great customer service and we will definitely return when we need new beds. Explained the extra care package and ensured we had a good deal.

I wandered in to have a look at small double beds. Whilst looking Paul asked me if I needed any advice/help, I asked him about Sealy and he showed me where they were. He even went to find a roll of paper for the mattress for me to try. He was so knowledgeable and helpful I eventually chose a Sealy mattress, divan base and lovely headboard. He worked out a competitive price and talked through different payment options.
After several weeks of searching online and visiting other stores, I decided to make the purchase.
Throughout the visit I felt at ease and comfortable with no pressure to make a decision. It all came together and thanks to Paul felt effortless.

We were served by Marshall who was extremely helpful and professional. We were invited to try out the matress sleep Pro system to see which type of matress would be best for us. We were shown around and there was no pressure at all to make a decision. We were given a great discount by the manager who actually sold us our last bed 10:years ago! The store was clean and lots of choice for all budgets. Highly recommend this store for friendly service.

The whole process of buying a new BED was a pleasure, Samantha (Folkestone Branch) helped me to choose the Double bed with 2 drawers that I needed for my spare room. Informative and professional, with a smile.
Likewise with the 2 delivery men, helpful and polite and their timing was good.

Quality of mattress very good. Delivery good but two weeks later than originally agreed.

Huge selection of everything beds, which can make the process of choosing a bit daunting. Luckily we had the service of Damian at the Folkestone branch, who had extensive knowledge of all the products and was able to match our needs, we were under no pressure throughout the process and as a result purchased two beds. Would definitely recommend.

We went into Folkestone branch for Bensons for Beds to view the ottoman base. The manager was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We ordered the base and were able to have this delivered within 9 days.

We were kept informed of delivery times and they kept the agreed date via email and text. The guys who delivered the base were just as nice as the branch staff and popped the base into our chosen room.

Overall experience was exceptional and would highly recommend using Bensons for Beds. The overall finish of the base is lovely and style is wonderful. Pleased we paid that bit extra as there’s a 5 year guarantee on parts if required. So nice to have a company carry out their promise of delivery and service. Thanks B4B keep up the great work!

Very good service from bensons.
Got my first bed from bensons 11 years ago. Went back to have a look for a new bed and the person that sold me my first bed was still there. He was very knowledgable about everything, not pushy. Knew exactly what I wanted. So I bought a tv bed for myself and an another bed for my daughter. All in all a very nice experience. My daughter is over the moon with her bed. Time and delivery was perfect. Communication was excellent. My bed will be delivered at a later date. Happy customer
