The team at Folkestone were amazing they also helped me to push back my delivery team over the Christmas period as I was waiting to complete on my house purchase. The delivery team were spot on, they called me an hour before they were due to arrive and carried my mattress up two flights of stairs to my chosen room, thank you so much!

Outstanding company
Outstanding company. Great Sales lady Sam in Folkestone branch, who was so polite, knowledgeable. She answered all our questions regarding adjustable bed. Was not pushy or didn't rush us. Nothing was a problem and she explained everything properly. The bed we have chosen is just what we need. Excellent choice too. Sam is an outstanding employee.

Great service
The staff made us feel very welcome. The manager was very knowledgeable and spent 45 minutes with us. At no time did we feel under any pressure.
