Super delivery experience
Super delivery experience. Arrived when they said they would having phoned to give me a more exact time. Happy and helpful when they arrived removed my old mattress and put my new one in place almost before I could notice it happen!! Explained what I needed to do next and left letting me get on with the rest of my day.

Surprised and pleased
Connor in Stevenage was very helpful and knowledgeable when purchasing my original and replacement mattress. Sadly, the first mattress was faulty within a year. But, Bensons were good to their replacement policy. An independent assessor visited and within a week I was able to choose either a refund or another mattress.
I chose a new more expensive one which was delivered within two weeks. And, because of their honesty and upholding their policy, I have purchased a second mattress for our other bedroom.

I must say the service I got at…
I must say the service I got at Stevenage branch young lady who served me her name is Sarah she was brilliant really gave me a lot of time as I suffer from anxiety a little bit and she made me very comfortable recommend anybody to go speak to her she was brilliant and the other stuff I bumped it into on the way round we're also very good but she's the one that sorted me out very grateful cuz it is hard when you've got some form of anxiety mental health problem or something like that you need support like that

Good purchasing experience
Recently purchased a new mattress. Visited a few branches before deciding which to go for, but in all the staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. Basically ended up purchasing from my local branch but as I say in all we visited we had a good experience.

What a great experience
What a great experience we had when we went into the Stevenage branch to order a new mattress. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and shown everything we asked about.
