Excellent visit to the showroom. Good knowledgeable member of staff who didn’t put you under pressure to buy. There to help but not to pressurise. Excellent sales process, everything explained clearly. Excellent communication throughout regarding the delivery with all timescales met. Delivery excellent, all staff involved in the process were polite, helpful, and even took their shoes off. Fantastic advert for the company and customer service was top class. Throughout the process, start to finish, Bensons customer service excels. Well done and thank you to all involved.

We bought a bed for our daughter, Benson beds were great they gave us time to look and choose what we wanted, the time scale to deliver was good and the delivery guys were great and assembled the bed so we did not have to do anything. Great service will 100% recommend

Martin was very patient with us and explained the pros and cons of the mattresses we were looking at, there was no pressure to make a purchase there and then.
We did place an order on our second visit and the delivery was made about 10 days later with good communication about our two hour time slot. The delivery guys were friendly and delivery made to the room of our choice.

1. Very lovely lady (called Jo) at the Swindon branch was really helpful and knowledgable about the products and advised me based on my preferences and made the ordering system very straightforward.
2. Great communication before day of delivery and on the day of delivery
3. Delivered within the 2 hour time window specified by two very friendly, helpful and courteous guys who had to carry it up two sets of stairs! I also received a phone call from them when they were 10 mins away, AND I could follow their location on my phone using a link emailed to me. Excellent!

The delivery was 2pm to 4 but the delivery was 3hrs late at 7pm after I had to make several phone calls at last it arrived and was told I could not make up and leave to air for at least 2hrs the delivery men were very polite but I only had a call from them after 2hrs delay

The bed frame and mattress in themselves were really good quality. I got an absolute bargain. Carl and Steve the delivery men were brilliant! Tbf I only seen one of them as ther were so efficient! I had an estimated time of delivery. I also got a call when they were about half an hour away. If I ever need a new bed again I would just go straight to Benson beds. I would definitely recommend Benson beds!

I can’t recall the name of the lady in the Swindon store, it may be Laura (sorry), but she was extremely professional and helpful with our purchase. Her attitude was warm and friendly and was happy to help.

I really like the bed. However the bed was delivered with two visible stains at the lower end. After assembling it, the delivery team acknowledged the issue, apologised, took photographs of the stains, and advised that someone would contact me to arrange a replacement or resolve the problem. Despite this assurance, I have not been contacted, and the issue remains unresolved.

The delivery/installation team were great. There was a worry that it wouldn’t fit but they managed to get it in …thank you.

A year ago, 2025, we purchased a king size mattress and noticed before the delivery we could not go into our bedroom via the stairway. As we urgently contacted Joanne who listened to our problems and advised us to change a rolled mattress and took a taxi for delivery as we urgently needed.

This year, we went into the same store to buy three more beds and a mattress. The ottoman bed is great and the Slumberland Orthopaedic Support Luxe Mattress is perfect for our needs.

The delivery team were also excellent. They arrived on time, called ahead before the delivery slot, and were very courteous and careful when bringing the beds and mattress into the property.

Overall, an excellent buying experience from Bensons, staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable helping me choose my right beds and mattress. From the ordering process through to delivery, everything was smooth, well-organised, and hassle-free. Highly recommended.
