Leah was marvellous.
On first visit to the store, we were given time to look around before the staff approached us. Leah the sales assistant was very helpful and informative.
On the day of delivery we could not see how to put the 2 halves of the base together. We phoned the store, and Leah and Jo came out to our house and joined the 2 halves and put the mattress on. Very helpful.

Excellent service.
I was nervous going somewhere different as I have Crohns Disease and need the toilet urgently. The lady at Bensons let me use the toilet. She also found me the perfect bed, mattress and headboard. It really comfy. I will recommend Bensons to my friends and family.

Everything ran smoothly and efficiently with excellent customer services from sales team Jo Poole at the Swindon shop through to communication following our purchase and delivery and installation.
We are incredibly pleased with our electric bed and could not praise Bensons Beds enough.

Helpful and non-pushy
We asked to be left alone when we tried the beds. Leah, the sales assistant, understood and just mentioned to give her a shout if we needed anything. When we did need attention, she was very helpful in a nice, non-pushy manner
