Very satisfied with price, the company and the product.

Ordered 3 windows of unusual sizes and one sliding patio door. During the ordering process we had to correct a number of small errors in the quotation spec but everything was accepted and incorporated on the final plans without a problem. Delivery was on time and our installers were very impressed with the quality and we are delighted with the overall result.
I've noted some adverse reviews mentioning deteriotation over time so we'll keep an eye on that but we chose timber windows and so are prepared expect a requirement for maintenance.

Adjusting a french door & whilst here the hinges Of 2 other doors.
Everything went to plan guys here on time & work efficiently & pleasantly executed as has been case in my other service calls .

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. We ordered expensive wooden doors from them and cracks appeared in less than a year. They have been looking into the issue for 6 months and still have done nothing. Useless.

Our customercare team that would visit your home are currently off the road and have been since lockdown due to Coronavirus as they travel nationally. Despite our physical abscence we are still able to make an assessment of any issues (virtually) and prepare an action plan for any repairs that are covered by our warranties for when we are back on the road. Avoid

Avoid.
1. Delayed manufacture
2. Every window wrong size despite them measuring
3. Worthless paint guarantee. Started to fail at 3 years. Solution= pot of paint that was the wrong colour.
4. Rot at 10 years: rot guarantee = blame installer. Despite supervising installation.
5. Appalling customer care

6. They look good.

Addendum: still waiting for promised contact.

Good quality BUT

Good quality BUT we had an issue with birds damaging the doors. We overcame the birds BUT they were not interested in repairing which was not a large area!
Also 1 window was wrong and they wanted to patch it, no way a definite area for expansion etc and water getting in, they eventually replaced the window.

Quality second to none customer service qquestionable

After sales service is INCREDIBLY POOR

We have Bereco windows and doors on our new build house. Initially all was fine however we have some problems with paint and have asked them to address this under their 10 paint warranty. Their after sales service is abysmal. They take ages to reply, if they reply at all! After 3 months and one initial site inspection where it was agreed there is a problem that they can put right we still have not heard back with a date to do the works. After much emailing still no reply.Very unimpressed.

Great service , quality product , Front Door

From start to finish the process was smooth and without any issues. Product looks great and easy to install. matched the door colour with the existing oak staircase.

Would recommend to anyone and already have.

Bereco - A great all round company. Highly recommend.

I have used Bereco several times. They are very efficient and deliver a very good product on the estimated time.

I would highly recommend this company for their customer service along with their great range of quality products. Their warranties are 10 years and their after sales department is great. I dealt with Carl.

Value wise they offer a good product at fair prices.

Great Company, Great Product

Ive had my Bereco windows installed for 2 years now and they look great. The quality is outstanding and they have really added value to my home.

Customer care non existent

After windows installed, we noticed two windows had splits in the wood casements. Spoke with Bereco who sent someone out to look at them and they claimed they were cracks in the paint. We disagreed and so their General Manager reviewed and agreed they were faulty and that both would be replaced. After a seven week delay the windows were ready. I took a day off work to be in but Bereco failed to attend and did not advise me that they could be there. We agreed a new date and they did attend, but despite the general manager agreeing to replace two windows, only one arrived as apparently the factory had overruled her on replacing the other one.

Spoke to them again and agreed they would replace the second window. Of course that meant a further 6 week wait for them to be manufactured. They said they would arrive on site at lunch time. Fortunately we had not gone out in the morning as planned so were surprised they arrived at 10:30 am. Must be an early lunch. They brought paint to touch up other joints but this was a vastly different shade and it stood out like a sore thumb.

After they left and we removed our dust sheets covering our wooden floor, we found a large chip out of the wood. We contacted Bereco who flatly denied causing the damage, despite us being beyond certainty that the floor was undamaged before they arrived as we had moved the furniture to put out the sheets, we have contacted Bereco again. I cannot believe they have the audacity to say we are claiming falsely. It is now 7 months since we first reported the fault and we are still not sorted. I cannot imagine any reputable windows company acting in this way.
