Do not and I mean do not use them they are a offshore site and when you win they will make you jump through 100s of hoops to get your money back and go in circles and when you get mildy frustrated and I mean mild they will suspend your account for failing to fallow guidelines and when you call them to reactivate it they will be very rude to you and at the end of the call say since your not understanding or your threading or making accusations that will fully suspend your account and take all your winnings.

Poker isn't even playable. Nothing but bots and collusion. You'll watch the same 3 people win every hand for a half hour straight. Those 5-10% river cards hit 50% of the time. Straights, flushes and full houses every 3rd hand. If you haven't deposited don't even waste time playing the free poker tournaments. People calling all ins with 6, 9 offsuit and hit straights REGULARLY. They play scummy games with withdrawals. Every online caisno I've ever used no matter small takes 15 minutes. They tell you 48-72 hours and just leave it in your account hoping you gamble it away 🤣 sportsbook is a joke it shouldn't even exist. They offer almost nothing as far as props. Casino is fun. That's about it, but again, they're scumbags about giving you your money even if you do win. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. They're bought from customers with free play 😂

BetUS gave me a 10.00 free casino chip. I looked very carefully on the email and casino rules. I could not find anything that applied to the promotion. So I played black jack and was taking my time playing. Moved the balance near 50.00. Today the chip and my winnings are no longer there. Customer service tells me the 7 day time limit was up and I didn’t satisfy a 200x rollover. Therefore I don’t get the winnings. Then they asked for a deposit.

Aside from the fact that they took my winnings, rollovers need to be fair. Already facing the odds being in the casino’s favor, you want me to wager 200x what you gave me to just to get the funds in my account. I wonder what the odds are you beat the house for 200x your money?
So I’ll stick with the other two books I use. If they give you a bonus, it’s yours, they never take it back. 5x-6x rollovers. Easy deposits.

This casino is a scam! They're based out of Costa Rica, not USA. They have crazy betting requirements. Not one, but two. Normally, you have a bet requirement on a bonus, but once that's satisfied, you're good. Not here. I had a $40 bonus. They required 40x for bonus requirement. I met that and had a balance of $1600. When I went to withdraw, I was told there's a 2nd requirement, which was $60,000. That's not a typo. $60,000!! Buyer beware.

I’m going to be honest I always bounce back from site to site and yes they have very large rollovers with bonuses but there isn’t another site like them to do such bonuses all the time. If you win u get paid sometimes it takes a little bit but their customer service is great u can call in chat with support at time you want. If u want immediate payout all the time stay away from the bonuses if you gamble a ton and a large rollover dosnt matter to you use the bonuses because they pay if you make it though the rollovers great site all around 10/10

Do not bet on the horses at this site. They don't pay you back your original bet if you win. How this is happening I have no clue. Why would anyone bet on a 5/4 horse if you're going to lose your original bet to the house is beyond me and they should be embarrassed that they are running a site like this. Your response is not true. Why then on a bet of $3 to win $3 to show and $3 to place on a 3/1 horse did you payout $12. How did you come up with that number?

They delay your withdrawal process, tell you they didn't get photos that you know you uploaded and make you call in to close your account. The casino is terrible so if that's what you're going to play you'll never get paid if by a miracle you happen to win.

Withdrawal request denied because I need to wager $2476 more. I started with a $100 deposit. Balance is now$1025 with free play balance of $32. I tried to decline the free play but was told deal with it, deposit $3000.
I didn’t want or know about the free play but said I already met the wagering from blackjack.

Some blame Betus and say Betus won’t pay ever. I was told to bet more so I wagered about $3500 in black jack hands. I was ordered to wager in sports betting only. No way I would have agreed to wager $4000 for a credit if $104. My history shows I do t accept free plays. Betus.com. Then closed my account because of a threatening post. The agent told me he couldn’t tell me what threatened him because he hadn’t read the post. He also couldn’t explain why the post causing account closure was dated after the actual closing.
So I can’t wager because my account is closed. I will forfeit my $100 deposit and winnings if $932 unless I wager $3000 more but not in “non traditional table games” like black jack.

Im surprised there are no Poker reviews here yet. Their new poker is im between a scam and a fraud based on many variables. Either there are bot/superuser/employee players or these hands are set by ai to keep it fun Fair and interesting but it's certainly not random. It could also go by account status like deposits and withdrawal totals like if youre up you get worse cards and if you're down you'll get better cards. Anyway the system bias is very clear. They'll respond to this review with some copy and paste ai rhetoric denying it but it's very true. They have this poker where they can basically do whatever they want with it. Its interface comes with thousands of options on their control panel. If you play you can see that winning hands were made for you. Also they have it where basically " everyone gets a turn to win a hand" to keep it fair which proves it's rigged
If it's not rigged where are they getting thousands of dollars to pay out in these tournaments when only hundreds are coming in. They claim to have a million accounts but yet less than 100 players sign up to play in these? Less than 100 players per tournament are willing to throw up $10 to play ? The cards are so fishy it's hilarious. When you're big or small blind.. youre ONLY dealt a " big or small blind" hand. 7/4,6/3/6/2,8/5,9/2,8/3,7/2. When you're off the blinds hands improve but like I said each hand is designed for a specific player hand by hand throughout the tournament. They have it set " ace happy" where 3 people will get an ace with ace on flop and system decides who gets out kicked but yet you never see it with any other card. Like players battling with a Q or K and someone gets out kicked only the ace. Ive only had AA 3 times now. Compared to others who you see have it constantly like their associates. No matter what the moderator here says to this post you know because you've experienced it. This poker is fake and only benefits the house. Its not just random poker where anyone can win. BetUs has great customer care. But when you buy a package you have to pay a extra charge to your card. And there casino games are not that great. Needs improvement.
