Still not paying my withdrawal of £600.06 after 6 weeks, despite my documents been approved.

I have been unable to log into my account its a joke. The emails are either bouncing back, or an automated reply. Changed my password etc etc read the help pages, a complete waste of time. How have they got customers, zero support and total blankety blank attitude.

I deposited funds then account was locked. It took over a week to get through to someone who informed me verification was required however I was not told this. It then took 3 attempts to gain access to my account. I am now trying to withdraw my funds and after over 8 days I still cannot withdraw. I have been told verification is needed AGAIN! Customer services then cut me off. This had to be illegal??

They recently moved domain to comply with their licensing requirements in Ireland. Then clearly forgot to migrate the player data and history. Now players have No promotions,inaccurate game history, no loyalty scheme, no customer support and clearly no interest in retaining customers or responding to emails or chats.

Why is withdrawing so impossibly difficult?? I've uploaded all my documents. Verified my account. Had my documents approved. And still I am unable to withdraw. The website has no proper flow for withdrawing. It just leads to a dead end. You then need to email or chat to a bot, which leads to nothing. I must now spend airtime to call the call centre. I have been a loyal customer exclusively with betway.ca And i must disappointingly admit that although they have a great platform, visuals, diversity of games, interactive games i.e leadership boards and promotions, their customer service really leaves much to be desired. I have experienced an issue where the accounts team failed to process a withdrawal on June 25,26. 3 days after not receiving funds i contact customer support, they mention it has been escalated to the appropriate dept funds will be paid within 48 hours. Days later still no deposit. Despite me reattempting to reach out to them on four occasion, a new excuse came up each time. Now 10 days later, they say "oops the account team cant do it we will escalate to operations team" Wait another 48-72hours"....

Tell me what is a reasonable time frame to allow withdrawals to be processed? And on top of that, no empathy or sincerely apology or explanation for the incompetence in handling the case was given to me. I even reached out to their managers to file a complaint. DISSAPOINTING...this is what you can expect from betway if things go wrong. They specialize in aggravating customers and still till today have not resolved my issue.

update: its now going into the third week of not receiving my withdrawal. Despite numerous communication with support, they keep saying the account is between the operations and payment team. Over 7 times have been given false information the funds will be deposited within 72 hours..support claim that escalations have been made, and this amounts to almost every 2-3 days.

This is a SCAM you sign up deposit money then they block your account, you then spend hrs and hrs waiting for customer service to simply read from a pre written script and do nothing to help with the problem. My only problem is they took my money then blocked my account before it could even be used and just keep telling me it’s my fault and want me to send more and more personal information all I want is my deposit back but they can’t even do that they take your money and keep it, pretty good business model, get millions of customers to sign up take there money and don’t allow them to use it, worldwide that’s billions it’s just a pure scam they make it as difficult as possible to to correct problems via so called customer service hoping that people will just give up and let them keep the money someone is making a lot of money out of scamming people. Hallelujah. After 4 days they finally processed my withdrawal.
After receiving withdrawal I opened an account at Tonybets. Made 3 withdrawals all were in my account within a few hours.
I was also able to contact a live support agent right away, with a couple of questions.
A complete reversal of my experience with Betway.
I hope others will learn from my dreadful experience.

Here we have another scamming site unable to win or bonus multiple accounts tested with the same strategy and basically the same out come on each game it's fix to lose and all programmed stay the hell away from these muppets

they cheat with terms of bonus. by registration they write 10x wager with 1.75+ odds. but when you start to play, they change rollover requirements to 50x wager. I played some time than waited 7 days and withdrawal my balance because 50x - it's imposible to complete. lost bonus, but saved balance.
