If you've already spoken with our Helpdesk and raised this with them directly, it's likely our IT department have been notified and will be looking into it. However, i would suggest that you call our Helpdesk when it's convenient to do so, as they may have an update (or at the very least, can assist with getting your outstanding claims sorted to prevent any delays).

My claim .
My claim was dealt with very efficiently and in good time.
I do think though that the contributions I pay monthly are expensive given the maximum I can claim for an optical claim ( ie glasses), given that I only claim every two years at the most.

Have been a BHSF member for a long time. They always pay out quickly as long as the y have the correct paperwork. Process is easy jusy wish the limits where a bit higher for the more regular items like dental and optical
