Have experience great service like other reviewers, recently purchased a Asus Laptop and received in 5 days to Singapore. Highly recommended.

The company does not have one single public customer service phone number, and still has not responded to emails requesting confirmation of purchase.

Ordered a HyperX Cloud Flight S headset, it came in great condition and with a sweet little handwritten letter from the BAB team.
The delivery was delayed by 5 days but that was on FedEx's side not the BAB teams fault so overall I can't complain.

I recently purchased a laptop from Big Apple Buddy. I was kind of sketched out by the name originally, but I read some reviews and most were highly positive.

My experience is in line with that; Phillis provided fantastic customer service despite what can only be described as incessant nagging on my part about the risks of mis delivery.

Furthermore, once they received the package they were super quick to send it off, and it was packed well enough that I wouldn't be concerned about goods breaking.

I certainly wouldn't hesitate before purchasing from Big Apple Buddy again.

I think the only constructive comment I can offer is probably that it would be really cool if you could see some form of tracking for the journey of your purchase from the store to Big Apple Buddy. But, the provided estimates were accurate enough that I think this is certainly a nitpick, and what's provided is good enough.

Big Apple Buddy is a great service. I needed a fairly niche device that was completely sold out in Australia, and while Amazon was giving me the runaround on ordering it, these guys sourced it and had it at my door in about 10 days. Communication was helpful and friendly.

Despite cancelling my order before it was even processed, I was still charged 30$ in service fees. I would not recommend this at all with all the hidden costs

We but the Nanit camera and the delivery was super fast with no issues at all! We are based in Amsterdam and it was a very easy and smooth experience.

It was being shipped to France and Big Apple Buddy gave me a very accurate tax and duties quote and shipped it straight it. I was amazed that it arrived within a few days of ordering!
