Great product, interesting delivery.
The product itself and order system are fantastic. The only issue encountered was delivery. I wasn’t made aware of any delivery restrictions. The first attempt the lorry driver called and said they would not be able to fit down the private lane. The second attempt I clearly explained the size of vehicle that was able to travel down the road (water tanker size). I was then called day of delivery by rather officious lady who said the van driver wouldn’t go down the road as he thought it too small. I had already explained that the size vehicle he was driving had more than enough room. She was not very helpful. Delivery driver eventually left it on driveway. Maybe it should be noted somewhere when ordering the size of vehicle used to deliver.

Order and arrival went great. Easy to set up but you may need two persons at certain times of the build. Once in used followed the basics and it’s great. At this stage well worth the money !

After taking delivery of my big green egg I can confirm that it is probably the most versatile piece of cooing equipment I’ve ever come across. All guides are extremely useful and cover all the topics needed
I have cooked a number of dishes on it so far and all of them are delicious
