Great communication - rang to talk though my order to make sure it was all correct. Good delivery time and updates on delivery.

I had a broken fire box, all I needed was confirmation of my purchase and a picture and it arrived a few days later as promised.

I cannot fault the egg itself, in itself is a great product and does exactly as described. The benefit also is the buying into the many accessories they have on offer. I cooked with the supplied charcoal and the end result was great. Potentially the best meal I have made on a BBQ from day 1.

Unfortunately for my egg one of the internal parts was chipped on arrival, given my excitement to use it I did not want to go down the route of returning and getting a new part, but is not what I expected for such a premium product.

I would recommend to anyone purchasing the egg to check carefully for chips and cracks, as looks like some will seep through. Its a shame as you would hope with the high price tag that some more checks on there side exist for these things.

The product and delivery speed were excellent! However, the checkout process would be much better if it allowed multi-address shipping. I had to place two separate orders and pay double the delivery fees just to send one item to myself and one as a gift to a friend. Adding a 'ship to multiple addresses' option would make gifting so much easier.

I wanted my Big Green Egg for a family celebration over the weekend. My delivery wasn't scheduled until the Monday. One quick, and very easy phone call and a new delivery was scheduled so I could have it for the weekend. Brilliant service.

I made a simple error in ordering accessories for an XL Egg. I was helped to rectify this by your personnel without delay. This confirmed a very positive experience. The general standard of the kit is first class.

our road can be tricky to get down and once he got to the house we live on a gravel street which the loader he had really wasn't designed for, he still managed to get the delivery up on to our drive where I could get it built!

Ordered stuff to eggspand my eggspander basket purchased some years ago. Website ordering was straightforward and I contacted support the day after to add an item (rain cap) for some reason I missed and avoid the delivery charge. All delivered, boxed as expected. Used all items over the very hot week & all are quality & performance expected from biggreenegg

Unfortunately DHL were cause of delay to receiving the ordered item however Green Egg team did a good job to rectify the situation.

Big fan of all things green egg. Had mine for over 1 years. Recently changed seals springs and fittings. Just like new again.

Taking slightly longer to work out how to use the mini egg as we’ve had a larger one previously - so far had great success with roasting a whole chicken but haven’t worked out to get the temp up for crisping up the skin! Having said this I’m enjoying using it!

Great product that is easy to set up and use and produces delicious food.
Delivery service was excellent. I live in a remote location and the driver struggled to find the location (more options to include delivery information at point of sale would be good). But he was persistent and together we resolved how to get the Egg to me.

Ordered the rotisserie accessory for my husband's Big Green Egg, about May sometime, delivery was to be end of June.
Was pleasantly surprised to receive it on 19 June, just in time for Father's Day.

I loved my BGE Rotisserie so much that I bought another one for my son in law. Just fantastic.
