TERRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT
TERRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT ; Bought 2 tickets for 5/16 Michael W Smith concert in Shipsawana IN that were never delivered. We flew from Charlotte NC for concert. After proactively following up 3 times the day before and day of event with Big Stub as ticket delivery did not happen as advertised. Was informed tickets would be delivered by 3:30 pm same day of concerts. Had to followup 4th time after 3:30 pm when tickets were not delivered. Finally, informed tickets were not in possession of seller. So wife and myself plus our friends from Ohio were in Shipsawana IN with no concert tickets. Event was sold out so no option to see show. TERRIBLE - BIG STUB on so many fronts
