I ordered a bike from the website and it wasn't in stock. They called me and worked with me to get me something I wanted without breaking the bank. I got the bike and it's better than I expected. I just ordered a set of pegs for it from them as well. Definitely recommend based on the customer service alone.

I ordered some spare parts for my Niner over a month ago. Unfortunately the wrong part, so called them and explained the matter. I did what I was told to do and wrote another mail to the owner. I never heard from the company again. They don’t answer emails. Shitty company who kept my money!!!! Keep your money and buy in another store, This is the worst scamcompany ever!!!!

Follow-up review: Kerry at Bike Bling followed through after the sale to tweak a couple components that were not quite what I wanted in the original Pinarello X9 build. He worked with me over a couple month span to get everything in order which I think was warranted due to the price of the bike.

I have been riding it for over a month now and have almost 500 miles on it. I really like the ride and the looks of the bike. I would recommend buying a Pinarello from Kerry if you don't have a local shop that carries the brand, which would be most everyone in the US since not many shops carry them. He went the extra mile to make up for not being local and although the process took a bit longer due to shipping, he covered all the bases and saw the process through to the end.

OK folks, here's the deal with this company. They don't seem to own items advertised on their website as in stock. They're one of the many "Picture" companies. They receive the order and then purchase the item themselves before shipping it to you. You'll get it, but may take 3 weeks or longer. How do I know: the box UPC on the first item I ordered is from another store! First item I ordered took 3 weeks (after I complained repeatedly) and is missing parts, the second one, (AND LAST) is going on 19 days and counting.... They also have these idiotic rules and threats about returns, shipping fees, restock fees, and penalties all indications they don't want you to return any items 'cause they will be stuck with them.

Ordered item shown as "in stock" on website and was charged for purchase. 3 weeks after ordering and not receiving item, I called to check on order status and was told item was actually not in stock and was backordered.

I ordered a Shimano part from Bike Bling. They shipped it quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. Their communication was very good.

Takes weeks to even say the order got shipped but the tracking still says it hasn’t been shipped. Paid expensive shipping costs for an item that was supposed to have free shipping. And it still hasn’t shipped meanwhile everything I ordered after from rei and ebay got here a few days ago. Free shipping. You can get better stuff for less money elsewhere . Why I am actually writing this review is the owner called me and said he has 15 families to feed and offered me a discount or gift card not to write a review. I just wanted free shipping like the website said while I was cashing out and to actually recieve the items I bought and paid extra for shipping when it said it was free. I don’t want to talk to the nasty owner that doesn’t care about me when I’m giving them money. I don’t want the nasty owner to call me to benefit himself. I want no decent person to business with a company that lies about their discounts and I want them to be poor and homeless like all the good people are. Make it fair.

Quality products at a very reasonable price, would recommend.

I was hesitant to make a purchase online based on mixed reviews however I ordered a battery from their website, sent an email after making the purchase (asking a question) and received a same day response, AND my product arrived within a week of purchase. So at this time I would recommend the company and had a good experience.

I bought an Orbea Gain D30 last September 2021 and had vary good experience with Bike Bling. Fast delivery and excellent service. They even recommended the right size for me which turned out to be perfect for my height and reach. I'm planning to buy again.

I was a little skeptical ordering a bike online. Read some reviews and most were good but not all were great. I called first and immediately spoke to a real person. I inquired about an Orbea Occam M30. The price was $1500 cheaper than I found anywhere else. They let me know they had it in stock. I asked how long to to get the bike, this was Monday. I was told off I ordered it in the next hour and a half I would have it on Thursday. They are in California and I’m in Colorado. I took a chance. It was at my house on Thursday morning exactly as I ordered in perfect condition! I was thrilled with their service and would gladly do business with them again.

This vendor is GARBAGE! 80% of their listings - they simply don't have it!!! Once you realize that and call them, they will point out a small font print that it's on backorder! Of course, they will refund you after keeping your money for weeks. Shady AF!

I ordered an Orbea Gain last November, 2021, and received it within a month. I recently ordered a battery range extender and had no difficulty with the order. I have had excellent service communicating by email with Kerry and the sales people.

I had an incredible experience with bike bling and Kerry! I ordered a rise limited and couldn’t be happier. Customer service was excellent and the bike arrived in 3 days from CA to NH. Can’t recommend this bike shop enough. You will be very impressed!

I have been looking at bmx bikes and working with local retailers for the two years my five year old has been riding. It wasn't until I was in a pinch a week before his birthday party finding the right bike for the right price that could get here in the right amount of time. I stumbled across Bike Bling, and SO glad I did! I placed an order for a bike and within the hour received a call that they didn't have that one in that color (neither does any other store at the moment) but offered other colors and similar bikes. They have all the top quality lines. Shipping was faster than any other site had to offer, and free! I also had trouble with the links I was receiving from UPS, asked Kerry if he could check on his end, and he sent me the correct link. Bike was ordered on a Monday late afternoon and delivered Friday, just in time for the birthday on Saturday. So cool that Kerry himself is the one reaching out and providing assistance. Will be back to order more!

We ordered 2 hard to find bikes and they showed up no problem! The other company we tried just couldn't seem to get it together so after a month we cancelled our order and ordered from BikeBling. Worked out great, way better than the number one people on google search.

Order online at your own risk. They'll charge your credit card, won't ship anything. There's zero customer service to respond to your order. Avoid!

terrible customer service. Hard to get a hold of, and when someone finally answered, they were barely interested. finally got my RMA for a return, then they sprung a $9.95 restocking fee. Is this restocking fee mentioned on the website? Nope.

I ordered $75 in parts from these guys on Sept 1st. It is currently October 19th, I have called and emailed several times and have only ever received the same automated reply every time, the phone just rings. At this point I feel like I have been scammed.

I placed my order and didn't get my parts in the time I was expecting, went on line and found all these bad reviews, I was afraid I was just scammed. However, I did get them about nine days after I ordered them and am happy from that standpoint. The three stars is because it took me days to finally get a hold of someone to discuss my order and because the order was delivered many days after I ordered, even though I paid for two day shipping.
