wrong links for wallet
Fine to book but when I click through email to add to my apple wallet so I can easily access them for the booked event it takes me to the wrong event - on at the ICA

Trustpilot said that Billeto did not recognise this problem so I went back to review and send screen shots. The link goes through properly now, so it has been fixed but instead of saying so., they asked me to waste my time. Not sure I like this

Perfect solution for me
I went through a number of booking systems until I found Billetto. Only this solution gave me all the features I wanted. On some points you still can see that they are work in progress, but they put a lot of energy in their solution, and step by step it gets better and better.

Beware of added cost Ticket Reminder Gimmicks!
The general style of the purchase experience reminds me of most modern booking systems, Their is a definitive desire on Billetto's part to sell more products, like txt or email reminders for extra cost on top of the ticket, then when you click to opt out of these, Billetto uses the colour red, this promotes the idea that you have committed a wrong. These extra options in my opinion add up to a negative experience. This is my honest review.

I had a great experience with Biletto - not only is the website clean and intuitive to use, but their customer service is fantastic! I had an issue with my bank, where I mistakenly got charged twice for the tickets I bought, and Biletto was very quick to help me solve the problem. I can definitely recommend them :)

You have to unpick to avoid future sales emails. I thought the law was u had to opt in to that stuff.
Personally I hate extra emails so I down vote for this.
Also loads of added extras that cost. Tick sale charge? What the fudge is that?
And pointless optional costs. It's like a realy bad airline.
Terrible.

You can also unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
As for the fees: we aim to be transparent by clearly listing all charges before you complete your order. Some of these (like ticketing and optional extras) help cover platform and processing costs, but we understand your concerns and will continue working to make things as clear as possible.

Seem like they want to charge for everything - text messages, reminders...etc. The fee for booking also is way to high £3.30 is not great.

The booking fee helps us maintain the platform and provide support to both organisers and ticket buyers. As for things like SMS tickets and reminders, those are entirely optional and can be deselected during checkout — they’re there for users who find them helpful, but you’re never required to use them.
That said, we know how important it is to keep costs down and make everything feel fair, and we’ll continue working on that.
