Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience with Bip&Go
I’ve been stuck in a nightmare with Bip&Go. After my payment card was changed, I was no longer able to log in to my account to update my payment information. Despite repeated attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response or support.
Since January , I’ve been getting email reminders telling me I need to pay €10 — but with no invoice or payment details included. Eventually, in March, a debt collection agency contacted me to pay €10.08 (including interest), and at least they sent a clear invoice, which I paid immediately.
However, to this day, I still cannot access my account, and now I’ve received another letter from the same collection agency demanding an additional €40 — without any explanation or breakdown of the charge.
As a private individual, I find this completely unacceptable. I’m being penalized for something I cannot fix myself because Bip&Go refuses to provide proper communication or support. Their system is opaque, their customer service is unresponsive, and I’m left dealing with a collection agency that shows no understanding of the situation.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider.
Avoid if you value transparency and support.

@Bip&Go: I am curious to which bankaccount will you do the refund! Hence how all this nightmare started that simply my Visa card was renewed and I can not log into you system to pay invoices or change my profile info!!!

ordering a simple extra slim support holder: almost two months later I paid for it but have not recieved (it was supposedly sent and then returned) it yet and am turning around in circles with support. time to cancel then i guess?

The opposite experience of Ulys which never come and have a long list of excuse for not doing their job or to fulfill their T&C.

I was given a tracking number by email but it is not valid. Have been waiting for the badge to arrive for 11 days since April 14 in London. No idea how to verify if the badge was actually sent.

Bip&Go charge an account inactivity fee of 10EUR per month after 1 year of no toll usage. The kicker? They wont cancel my contract/delete my account!
I attempted to cancel my account in October 2023. A year and a half later, I'm still fighting an up hill battle. I have documented evidence of 4 ignored GDPR requests (a direct violation of EU law), and they have been sending multiple debt collection agencies after me over pathetically small amounts (less than 20 cents in some cases) when in reality I don't owe a penny.
Access to my online portal has also been blocked.
More than likely will need to take legal action just to close an account! Pathetic. Bip&Go blatantly operate in a predatory manor with no regard for the law.

As many reported took the money and radio silence after that. Tried to reach out to customer service multiple times but no luck.
Update. After about two weeks i finally got a reply. Tag seems to work.

Don't use!
I am being charged at least €40 a month when I haven't used tolls and the invoices don't show you a breakdown of when you have used the tolls or what tolls you have gone through.
To cancel subscription you have to send or deliver the badge in France.
No phone number to call them to ask why the charges are so high.

Simple and very useful
I ordered the toll device for France, Italy, Spain and Portugal as I am frequently traveling by car to France and Italy. The device is working perfectly and instead of waiting at the counters, you can just pass through the fast lane. Pricing is absolutely okay as you only pay the monthly rate, if you use the toll collector.
