I thought the website was not particularly friendly. I have an iPad so that may be the reason. As a neophyte I needed guidance, an email to the company brought a fast honest response and suggestion which I followed. The product is exactly what I needed.

This is a great product and the shipping was spot on.

On time delivery, and a superb product

Shipping cost very costly and other charges billed prior to conclude the purchase.

I use BlackRapid's straps for 7 last years and I like it.

It is reliable, convenient and pretty enough. The main issue of these straps that paint on fastener and connector start peeling off after several months of active usage. And connector starts wearing down after 2 years when used with heavy body and lens. So you need to replace strap (or just a fastener) after 2-3 years of usage with heavy gear like 5D3+70-200.

I recently bought and tried Luma Loop 3 strap and I fully disappointed: it is beautiful but expensive, overpriced, less convenient and less useful than my old and current BlackRapid's straps - in particular it have discouraging non-detachable fastener.

Just when I thought I couldn't replace a broken clip, BlackRapid had a replacement. Granted, I had to buy the whole strap piece and not just the clip, but I'm glad they had a replacement available. I would have hated to have bought a brand new strap.

Very good product, feels like it is quality product. I am happy with my purchase.

Love my strap - purchased the new style FastenR and it works flawlessly.

I am from the UK and there wasn't any visibility on there being extra duty tax charges which I received almost 2 weeks after receiving the item.
Also the website didn't allow me to track what was going on with the purchase, when I logged back into the site it didn't show my purchase history - if it wasn't for the automated emails I'd have had no visibility in the process.
Also the website wasn't clear as to what was included per item so I bought an unnecessary item as an extra.
The quality of the product I received was great but the online site has a lot to be desired in terms of usability and clarity.

Really like the sling comfortable, easy to use and and very secure. The only problem is sitting back the sling is uncomfortable and the camera bounces around when i walk unless i keep a hand on camera.

I bought the Black Rapid Curve strap for female photographers and I love the way it works.It is so much less stress on my neck and shoulders than an around the neck strap and easier to use!Very happy customer!

Fiendly service and fast

Most comfortable, safe and practical camera strap I have ever owned.

Over the years I've been able to wear out parts of my Black Rapids sling. It's was very easy to find most of the parts I needed. When I couldn't find them a quick email to customer service, actually a couple because I didn't know what the part was called and my descriptions weren't that good. Customer service was able to find and get the replacement part to me in short order.

Now I know black rapid has a backpack specific camera strap, knowing that I still ultimately chose this one and am I glad I did. It can be used backpacking or just for everyday use! I opened the package and was worried that shoulder pad would be too rough and uncomfortable, it is anything but that! The strap adjusts to nearly any body type and is so comfortable and leaves my camera at my disposal. I can't say enough good things about it!

I was looking at BlackRapid straps and purchased one used.
I have the double strap and find it comfortable to wear.
I purchased the tripod plate rings with the Arca Swiss mounts so I can easily move things from the strap to the tripod or monopod quickly.
I also received some BlackRapid open weave bags that look as if they could be used in the wet to carry some gear. How cools is that?

My camera fell off while using the black rapid strap. Not sure if it was due to faulty use on my part or the strap. This in turn resulted in a $460 lens repair. I had emailed black rapid to tell them what happened not thinking I would even hear back from them. Laura in customer service responded to me within 2 days and was super helpful! She not only covered my cost of the lens repair she also sent me another black rapid strap! All I can say is they truly have the best customer service and have earned my business for life!

I don't have a single complaint. The strap arrived within a couple of days, is sturdy and super comfortable. Will definitely buy more BlackRapid products in the future!

Received order as expected, and on time.

I had always heard great things about Black Rapid but hadn't found the use for it yet. When I finally found the need, I was shocked by how quick and effective their service was. If I needed to order another product from them, I wouldn't hesitate!
