I have had the original strap on my camera but got a new camera and a new strap. I am a small framed female and the curve is perfect for me. I miss my little pocket though on the strap,

I found this camera strap easy to set up and use. I often carry my camera with an extended lens and the strap allows me to do this much more comfortably and still allows quick access.

This is my second Black Rapid camera strap. I really like both of them.

BlackRapid provides professional photography equipment that was not available in kind or quality. I am delighted that I found them and was extremely pleased with their customer support and delivery service. Top notch company.

I purchase a strap and the box was pre opened by bllackrapid. They should have informed me that they open all packages before sending. I emailed customer service and asked why was the package opened and I was rudely responded to. Stating that I need to send her pictures and that they open and preassemble. The item looked used.

This time I ordered something small, a lock-grip for the sport-sling strap. It came super fast through the mail, and before I left for my trip. There was as much attention to this small order as to one that could have been so much larger. Thank you BR.

Joy to do business with!

The LOCKSTAR Connect R3 Cover broke on the first use. It is cheap and flimsy material. I'd like a refund of the two that I purchased.

The BR straps have elevated the photographers experience to practicality and made on the go photography easier

the first thing I noticed after unpacking it was the excellent quality of materials and attention to detail. After wear it understood fast to have to do with a professional product. Having tried other straps but I can say that this is definitely the best. A great product, comfortable and safe. Suitable for extreme use. The strap is very light. It fix quickly to the camera.

I got my order in a very timely matter and everything was OK.

The only thing to criticize is: I had to confirm my address and the last digits of my creditcard number and all this information was available from BlackRapid in the same E-Mail and could have been copy and pasted. This does not make the process more secure.

I ordered the wrong strap online (since the website was a little unclear). I ordered the sport left, when I really needed the right. My mistake. I contacted customer service, who advised I should order the correct one, and return the current one for a full refund. It was processed immediately, in full, and with no problems. I also had an extra email from customer service, to let me know the refund had been processed. I also liked the fast (free) shipping. Typically I expect fast OR free, they give both. I'd buy from them again I like their product, and the service was great.

There is not much to say. I placed a order and it was delivered one thing they can improve is their website

Great strap! Takes the weight of a heavy DSLR off of the neck and makes hiking much more enjoyable!

I wanted a system for carrying 2 cameras. This works well and leaves my hands free. I can split the system to carry only 1 camera if I need to. My favorite part is the extra piece that secures the camera strap attachment point on the camera to the locking snap ring in case the tripod mount would ever come out.

It is a new world with the Backpack Breathe strap from BlackRapid. This strap has solved a battle I have been fighting for years while out on the trail. How to efficiently manage backpack straps and camera straps. I can't believe it took me so long to find this strap—easily customizable, super adjustable, tons of options, and quick to release (and configure).
