It’s all about customer service.
Customer service makes all the difference between buying online and face to face attention. So nice to find a company that still values its customers. Hannah went out of her way help and is a credit to the store. What a difference to my previous visit to town where the staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves!

Helpful knowledgeable service
Served by Hannah, confident, knowledgeable, helpful. Although I'd done some preliminary reading about outdoor clothing, about which I knew next to nothing, I didn't really know where to start looking for actual items. Hannah quickly understood that I was looking for something warm, dry, rainproof, windproof and quickly led me to the right stuff. She made my shopping easy & pleasant, otherwise it could have been bewildering.

Great customer service.
I went in to the store to purchase some thermal clothing. From the moment I entered the shop help was at hand, Hannah stopped the task she was carrying out to show me the best bargains in the items I sought. A great example of customer service and I shall recommend to all.

Sussy was really helpful and patient choosing different walking shoes for me to try (I didn’t know where to start!). I got some great waterproof trousers and will be back for a jacket which I liked the look of too. Great shop for anyone needing outdoor walking gear and good deals in January sales on at the moment
