Sarah was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, even though we had her running up and down to the stock room on multiple occasions. We came away with what we needed, and are very happy.

Went looking for a new pair of walking shoes. Abi was knowledgeable and really helpful in fetching shoes for me to try on.
Found exactly what I needed.

James was so helpful and patient while I tried on lots of walking boots until I found the comfortable Brasher boots. He gave excellent advice on fit and how to care for them. Sarah was very pleasant to talk to whilst James was getting more boots.

Very helpful staff, particularly Abi. Tried on several pairs of boots with different sizes and had really helpful feedback and advice. Would recommend Blacks and a big thank you to Abi as well.

Maisie dealt with us in an efficient friendly manner and we managed to get a larger size from their stock thanks to her help. Very happy with service

Customer service was excellent at Salisbury branch. I returned a jacket, bought online, to the shop as it was too small. This was completed swiftly and efficiently by friendly staff. My wife needed a fleece to fit a new Berghaus outer jacket. The staff were knowledgeable and proactive, finding a suitable fleece at a good price. Very satisfied.

Excellent customer service from James at Blacks in Salisbury advising on a pair of new walking shoes. He had a great understanding of all technical issues around lots of subjects, not just shoes. Got a fantastic pair of Merrells at a good discounted price.

I had had a rip in a coat which I bought from here about a year ago. Didn't keep the receipt. When I went in for a replacement, not only did they offer a discount as the first coats' seems were badly sewn, but also suggested an emailed receipt do I couldn't lose it this time.
Great service.

Purchasing waterproof jacket, James was very helpful with information on jackets and happy to say that a cheaper one suited my needs. James then looked on line and found there was a further online discount which was applied to the already reduced sale price. Ran in the jacket in pouring rain today and very happy with my purchase

My husband needed new walking boots and finds shopping for footwear a nightmare. So going into the Salisbury branch we were well looked after by Thomas with great patience and being so helpful my husband found the right pair for him and very happy with his new boots.
