These days its amazing to get problem-solving support at the end of a telephone line- I've not been let down by them yet- knowledgeable and friendly and happy to come up with suggestions how to make the platform work even better for us. Love this e-commerce platform!

Bluepark is one of the best ecommerce platforms I have used and I have used, am using many, including all the names you will recognise from WordPress to Shopify and Magento. As a digital marketeer I can recommend Bluepark.

There is genuinely nothing bad to say about Bluepark. They have gone above and beyond helping us integrate our design and learning how to use the different elements of the store.

We have tried to work with so many different companies and I cannot stress just how above and beyond the team at Bluepark is - just give it a go, honestly.

Excellent ecommerce software, UK based, developed and run by a team of people who really care about their product and their customers. My website is clean and fast. I have been with Bluepark for years. As well as being excellent software, I have to give major praise to the support team. Any question you ask them or any help you need, they reply quickly and couldn't do more to help.

Truly excellent customer service with very friendly and helpful members of staff. I've recently moved my website to Bluepark from another provider and asked a lot of questions a lot of times, but their level of service never wained. The support team knows the platform inside out, and never failed to help me, even with the most technical questions. The ecommerce platform is brilliant, there are so many features and facilities that I've never had access to before. Everyone at Bluepark helped me make a seamless transition from my old webshop host to their far superior, faster system which offers more features at no extra cost.

This was a job I had been delaying for far too long, but I do wish I have changed to Bluepark far sooner.

Support- Simply world beaters here, every business should follow their example. Lightening fast to answer my phone calls,followed with friendly, easy to chat too too and an extremely knowledgeable team.

Cost- Absolute value for money, priced far lower than competitors but with far better value, also the next upgrade step is easily affordable with plenty of scope to grow. Not like others where its a huge price increase.

Useability- The basics are easy to understand with plenty of guides and blogs etc. You pretty much have total control of what you want to do.

Transition to new Site- quite easy when all said and done. Domain change, email, payment provider, Seo and Google, really easy to set up.
Just work through everything methodically and its simple enough even for me to do.

Conclusion- Great system back up be an amazing team. My dealy in leaving this review is only because I cant actually think of the correct words to express how brilliant they have been.

Customer care. Very responsive on emails. Ease of use building a website and excellent selection of templates and add ons.

We have used Bluepark for many years and have found the system gives us all the control we need but with the right amount of automatic setup / templates. The support team are very helpful and there is no such thing as a silly questions.

I would highly recommend bluepark. I have tried many different platforms over the years and none have been anywhere near as good as bluepark. It is very easy to set up. I found installing and customising themes very easy and it has all the features I need without having to install plugins. The new V2 themes and features they bring with them are just fantastic.

I have had my site for over a year now and have found that it has saved me so much time and effort leaving me to get on with running my small business without having to worry about my website.

I needed a website that makes it easy to collect personalisation details. Bluepark makes this very easy to do. I have found that my conversion rate has improved quite considerably and I think this is because it is very easy for customers to place orders.

The support is excellent too. The support centre or forums usually answer most questions I have had. I did need to contact support for help when setting up and they responded within the hour with the answers I needed.

BluePark customer support services have been extremely helpful, especially during the couple of days preparing and during the set up of our website, which we were transferring from another UK based e-commerce provider.

I've been a customer of Bluepark for many years now and whilst I genuinely thought it couldn't be improved upon, they've surpassed themselves with the arrival of their new V2 templates and the additional features that go along with it.

This update is truly amazing and gives you the tools (even for people with no coding experience) to build a fully featured ecommerce site that could hold it's own against a bespoke five-figure offering.

Along with the amazing software comes amazing support courtesy of the staff that go out of their way to quickly help you either via email or telephone (a rarity these days!!).

This is my about my 6th BP website with 3 of those currently live. I check other offerings every time I create a new site and, all pro's and con's taken into consideration, I have never found better. Sole grumble of any significance is limited integrations with accounts packages and fulfilment services. It's QBO only and few 3rd party fulfilment services have ever heard of it. Feature rich and intuitive enough that anyone with minimal HTML skills and reasonable 'nouse' could knock up a highly functional ecommerce site in very reasonable time. The jewel in BP's crown remains their customer support service though. That is not a case of never found better. The case there is more that you simply couldn't get better.

The platform is easy to use and navigate. The themes that you are able to choose from are easy to integrate into and the team is outstanding and patiently deal with any queries that need attention. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have had an excellent experience with them from the start

Ive been with this e-commerce solution business since 2012! I felt I needed to finally write a review today because they have excelled in their customer service over the years and especially recently due to new updates to the system which they have been on hand to assist with when required. All the staff know all the clients and their client's businesses and no matter how small the business is they go the extra mile to support and come up with solutions when help is required. I also love the fact they are UK based and have good communication. The owner is totally dedicated to his business and will personally step in if there is something complicated to get sorted. I feel like I can trust this company with my website needs as they are available when you need them” They keep their platforms up to date and have recently introduced new cutting edge themes all with the latest google compliance and best practice in mind. Highly recommend Bluepark! I came from EKM which was outdated with very limited options. Bluepark have literally a 5 star customer service, you can get through straight away and they always resolve the issue very quickly. I also like the fact that you can edit a lot of features and has some really good integrations.
