If I could give zero stars I would, please do not book with this agency, it’s fake. They tried to scam me but I caught on earlier, and I told them I would report to the police. They book tickets with intent to later cancel them but since I knew this already, I contacted emirates and behold, they told me they have never heard of this agency, once emirates now verified my details they where able to tell me that the tickets where indeed booked but not from a travel agency, basically just a random credit card, I assume it’s stolen credit cards they use, anyway I explained the situation to emirates and they advised me that they will put a lock on the ticket so they could not try to interfere and guess what I refused to pay the remaining amount, so basically they tried to scam me but they messed with a wrong one! Do not book, they have a few other companies all the same thing!

We booked and paid for a holiday to Lanzarote departing 21st December 2025. A week before departure we had notification that our flights via Jet2 have been cancelled and a few days after our booking at the hotel also cancelled. No communication from BMJ - they've gone radio silence! JET 2 has given us confirmation that they are a fraudulent travel agent.
