Protein powder everywhere

I've ordered many times before but first time something went wrong. The whole box was filled with protein powder because the lid already seemed open. Let's say at least 250gr was spilled from the container in the box, what a mess. Anyway, I have pictures/videos as proof if needed. Difficult to say who is to blame, but it's safe to say something was wrong with the protein container. Can't be bothered to send everything back, it was a promo and all other deliveries were fine so far. Meh, up to Bodylab to think how to handle/compensate this. :)

I ordered as a gift on my purchase a…

I ordered as a gift on my purchase a sample of protein bar so i could order more in different flavours next time but gift was never sent to me and the response of the customer service was ridiculous for the rest for what i paid was delivered as always. It was never about the free gift, i wanted to tast it to order more and now i can’t.

SCANDALOUS
The way the strips were packaged were way below par. The smaller boxes were NOT sealed, so their contents in the WAY too BIG box were mixed up and quite a few damaged.

Excellent service

Not my first order from this place, have had only good experiences so far. I ordered a bundle in the weekend, in about 2 days, the delivery was already delivered, nothing at all to complain about. Enjoying the protein, pre-workout and creatine.
5/5 I will definitely continue ordering from here.
