Bog & idé started to marketing in…
Bog & idé started to marketing in Facebook really nice products (never seen by me before). Promising 4-7 business days lead time and decided to place 2 orders. for several items each one. Unfortunately I received both orders late and even worst the communication from their customer service was very no trusting as they were informing me about dates that never happen. The company have good products but if the supply chain and the customer service is mot reliable I will retain myself of place any more orders in the future.

We normally state a delivery time of 4–7 business days, but in your case, the books arrived on the 8th business day, which we regret. Several team members tried to assist you, and unfortunately, that led to some confusion about the delivery timeline. We recognize this as something we need to improve.
