Sad to get an art blok were the front…
Sad to get an art blok were the front side was damaged on the corners. I saw it beforehand but I was too shy to ask for another blok.
And when I paid and saw on my bank acount that it was 18.76 euro. I was dissapointed to be honest.

Fast company delivery

Fast, even for international books
Had not used them before, but very simple buying experience and books came fast. I think they could do some better estimation of when the order will arrive. There's a note on the website that international books can have longer shopping times, but it's not clear what "longer" means. Everything arrived quite fast, so I was very pleased. 😊

ive had pretty good experiences with bog og Ide throughout most of Denmark. only have had one problem which was buying the Scarlet letter with Nathaniel Hawthorne and then it came with a different cover then what was shown on the website, otherwise customer service has always been pretty friendly in my experience :]
