No service to expect
I ordered 2 books to one of the shops that were in storage because I dont want to support big online companies like Amaz.... After 2 weeks waiting I went to the Bog&Idé shop to aks if my books might have already arrived but the person working there told me that they just have ordered them on that exact day and they will first arrive in 4 days. The books were meant to be a present which would have been to late. Waiting 2,5 weeks for a book delivery (that are in storage) is in my opinion way too long and this could have been avoided if they would have ordered the books after my purchase. I also payed them already so I ended up canceling my purchase at bog&idé and bought them in an other store. And I didnt even get an apology sadly

I ordered my products from you on the 14th of December (As a Christmas present to my son) and received it on the 25th of January.
42 days later.
Unacceptable.
With no explanation or compensation.
I will not be purchasing from you again and will pass on this experience to anyone who is thinking of purchasing from you.
I presume to receive, if any, an apologetic reply which is not nearly what I expect close to a full refund.
Let’s see what this message will come to.
I hope you can hold your standards to your word.

Books weeent arrived even after one…
Books weeent arrived even after one month. I called the customer service serveral times. Weekly comment your books most likely Will arrive this week…
Once I was 136th in the queue.
At the meantime I received serveren e-mails to rate their service. I endes up cancelling my12ish books package. The next day after cancellation they deducted the amount from my account. Had to Call again to sort it out. Now again a rate request. Well here it is.

Got to wait few days for my book arrives due to the black friday sale, other than that, its all good.
Poor service and no delivery
I ordered a book for a Christmas present. Order was placed in 13.12 and 2.1 still no signs of delivery! Tried to call customer service and there are 25 persons in the queue and very long waiting time!

Web orders are not respected
I placed an order on the web. They charged me twice. Then they cancelled the order without explanation and without notifying me, despite having my email and number to text. Luckily, they cancelled the charges.
If you can find the book in the store, you're safe. But don't trust their delivery service at all!!

The book was advertised Hardback. Delivered was paperback. After complaining, got the reply that you can return at the shop.

Delivery time
I ordered a book week in advance for a birthday gift. It said on the website that it can be delivered to shop of my choice in 1 to 3 work days.
Well, it didn't. On the 3rd work day after ordering I went to the store to ask about it. They told me to come back in 2 days, because they don't see why it shouldn't be delivered until then. The book still wasn't there. Reasoning for that was that it is an English book. What is the difference if it was available and sent from a store approximately 150km from my store of choice? Now I'm going to a birthday party without a gift.
Very dissatisfied :(
Edit:
I got notification 20 minutes before my train and I was running like crazy to pick it up. Still it would be better to be notified that the order won't come at assumed date.
