I received a call back from Peter McDonnell (Bon Accord) concerning a Life product.
He was attentive, friendly but professional at all times. We clarified my needs and he provided a range of options of which I agreed on one.
He explained in detail the policy and then repeated the details so that I understood what I was signing up to.
All in all a very positive experience.

Tina contacted me to review my current policy. This is something i had been meaning to do but just never got round to it! Tina went through a background of my current policy and situation and from there was able to offer me something with a better fit compared to my old policy. Throughout the call Tina. Was polite and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Now i have piece of mind that my policy suits my needs and would recommend this service!

They will not give up calling me, Ive told them quite frankly to give me some time to think about my life insurance choices & I’ll call them ….they haven’t stopped & persist in calling me constantly multiple times a day EVERY DAY - it’s HARASSMENT!!! I’ve blocked all their numbers now as I’ve had enough, perhaps in future do not harass & break out what is technically bullying tactics to get someone to sign up to pay you guys money as note to yourselves all that = DOESNT WORK!!!

Akeel was really helpful and always provided a detailed breakdown of what was being spoken about to the smallest details so I had a good understanding. Clear and concise and really happy to respond to any questions that I had to ask. Very useful and helped me find the best deal for me that was suitable, without trying to add on things I did not want or need.

Akeel Rahman. absolutely amazing customer service , was able to support me when getting sporting insurance and point me to the right direction in which one was best for me and my health. was also very comfortable to have a guenuine converstation with me and was very interested in my sports career. this at many businesses is hard to find. i would happy to, 100% with out a doubt recommend Akeel Rahman- truly he deserves a raise !
