Don't shop with this company! No refund and appalling customer service. I returned items worth £190. Bonprix sent me a refund via check. When I cashed it in I was notified by my bank that they have cancelled it! When I called customer service, no explanation or reason as to why the check was cancelled. I was told someone will contact me within 5 working days, never did. When I followed up with a phone call few weeks later I was told my check was in the mail. Lastly, when I still haven't received my check, i called again and I was told that I won't get my money back unless I send the original, cancelled check back to them. The one I left with my bank...

Do not shop with this company worst experience ever paid for garden furniture never received sent me something else instead still waiting for response and refund was told I would receive a response from them in 24 hours that was 7 days ago

Rude and arrogant customer service. Got refused a flexible pay account which I can accept, but not the snotty response I got in an email. Totally unacceptable way to treat potential customers.

I’ve had some really nice clothes from Bon Prix. Good service. Returns sorted without an issue.

At the beginning of March I ordered a Garden Arch which looked like it would be delivered In time for the Landscaper to start the work. It didn’t arrive, said it was lost in Transit. When I called they offered to send another one out which would arrive in time. Of course it didn’t. I’ve had to order another one elsewhere next day delivery at almost double the price. I’ve since called numerous times and every person I speak to says something different. I was asking for a refund. When one garden arch did arrive a week or so later I refused delivery. It’s now been two weeks and still no refund or email about it. I’ve called again twice and each time they have different excuses: like we have to wait for the package to come back to our warehouse, you’ve ordered two of them and one isn’t scheduled to arrive until 30 April.... I ask which one is that then, the one which is ‘lost’ or the one I’ve already refused. They’ve made me so furious on the phone, they will not help, they never call back. Really want to escalate the problem further with them but even that’s seriously difficult. What can I do!? Please think VERY carefully before ordering from them.

the worst possible quality bought by high price

Stay away from this bonprix they are a bad Company a will never un my life buy anything from them agein those people who answer the phone dont dp there job they never help you even if they say they will. Crazy! And they own me 560kr a have not got it back becouse they are difficult !

Good clothes but terrible customer experience.
Charge for shipping, charge to return. They don’t tell you how much is left to pay after you returned items.
They just go the extra mile not to care about the costumer. Too bad because they have different clothes than other providers and quality wise are ok but they make your shopping experience a real pain. Welcome to 2021 people, want my money? Do a better job!!

I orderd from them more than once. The first few times I was very pleased. The last thing I orderd from them was already fully broken when it arrived. So I gave the item 1 star. However My 1 star rating never got uploaded eventhought it was polite and factual. All my 5 star ratings got uploaded without a problem. I think that is extremely shady and my trust is broken. I wont order from them again.

Bought 2 packs of 3 ladies boxer shorts. Two of the pairs are already parting company with the waistband. Washed 3 times. Thought they were good quality - it turns out they aren’t. Won’t be buying from them again.

Delivery fine. Returns policy terrible - fourteen days, mean at best of times but in pandemic? Really?? they agreed to take back (by only 3 days but charged £4.95. Greedy, money making policy

Terrible experience.

They take about 2 weeks to get back to you on anything. After the delivery date was delayed by 3 weeks, I messaged to have my order cancelled and ordered from elsewhere. They then got back to me after it had been sent out 2 weeks later saying too late. I now have 2 of the same item, and will painfully return the other one from the much better company (Wayfair) as I actually trust them to take care of the return quickly and easily. Will cost me an extra £8 though.

I shoped one top on sale 129 kr but they sent 260 for payment .it was last time for me

I like some of their cloths as they have a lot of stuff made of cotton,but their delivery service is disgusting. I placed my first order, received part of it, the rest went awol. It's one month now since I ordered it . When I track the order - it's always next day delivery. When I complained about it - they started 'investigation' which is still not finished. It sounds like they are investigating murder. Ridiculous. Luckily I decided not to pay until I receive it. I am cancelling the order and closing my account.

Quite apart from the fact that the quality is not good, the custorer service is a completly diseaster. They are not helful at all, arrogant and unpleasant.
I wanted to loge a complaint of the clothes, I had to pay for the shipment,waited so long. Normally companies are trying to make the customer feel good, even if they are unsatified.. Even if I find something that i really want to buy, I won't buy it. Bonprix is a sh...

I am extremely pleased with this company, my orders arrive very fast. The styles are stunning. My telephone query was quickly and efficiently answered and my refund given. Absolutely no negatives.

Ordered some shirts more than a month ago, after having been told couple of times that the order will be send out soon I asked them for a refund to my card. Well ... no order received, no refund received and for sure they will never again reply to my emails ...
Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering ...
